My granddaughters love these!!! They can press the button themselves to turn the LED on/off. That is the part I think they love most - kind of like turning lights on/off all over the house :) The water flow is activated when the toy senses water and it works great. My granddaughters use them in the swimming pool, their outdoor water table, and even in the dog's water bowl in the house!

The nice thing about grandkids is that you have an excuse to buy fun things and say it's for them. As soon as I saw these little whales, I knew they would be perfect bath toys for the grands. They work well and look really neat floating, changing colors and spouting water in the tub. They are quiet- just a low hum while they are in the tub. The water spout is gentle and just a couple of inches high. They automatically turn off when taken out of the water. I like the rechargeable aspect of the toys as well. They have not needed recharging yet so I don't know how easy it will be. But so far I am really pleased with them and dearly hope the grands decide to leave them here instead of taking them home.

I originally purchased this item and had to have it replaced. Not even a month later the water spout stopped working on the whale. This is a waste of money and I am now outside of the return window.

How about this for my great granddaughter she is too. She loves playing in the bathtub with these little toys. They are very well built and cutest can be.

Its alright but my son is scared ofnit

My daughter loves this for her bath. The lights and the water spray is so fun but unfortunately it only lasted for about two baths and now it's stopped working. I've replaced the batteries once and it's still nothing. When I did change them out there was a little by it in of water in the battery cavity so maybe that's the issue.I still have the in other one, as it comes in a set of two, so maybe it will last longer than the other one. Very disappointed as these are so fun and make bath time a bit more enjoyable.

Works great, the second you out it in water it automatically turns on and when you take it out of the bath/remove from what it turns off. You need batteries, but is has a tight seal so no worries there either! My little one loves it!

One of the toys only lasted 2 bath times. It has new batteries in but won’t work. It was used as described and not damaged in any way. Waste of money.
