Do you have this machine but in Centimeters?

No, the machine does not have Metric System settings. But if it's the size you're concerned with, the increments go as small as 1/2 inch.

can we use regular tape with this machine?

Not sure what you mean by regualr tape. The machine is for water activated tape either paper or reinforced.

How well does this cut in a humid environment? We have an old Nashua machine that jams like crazy during the humid summer months.

To date this is the best tape machine my company has owned. They never had problems, even before we had conditioned air.
