I have previously used the smaller skull molds, but found them to be inconsistent with the quality and shape they produced. Plus, shortly after you cover them with liquid, they're not really discernible from simple ice balls/shapes. This mold is far more substantial and detailed. As such, it creates a clearer mold that lasts longer in liquid. Really looks good in a clear glass with clear liquids (whiskey, rum, tea, etc)

Definitely works but my skulls keep cracking does anyone know what I'm doing wrong lol

This was perfect for what I wanted to do with it. Took more chocolate than expected but set quickly. I just maneuvered the old off the chocolate slowly and perfect!

I have only used this for ice so far; although I plan to try it for bath bombs. I recommend slightly under-filling it, and as things expand when frozen. The pieces remove easily, and the skull looks very realistic, although the detail might depend on what type of substance you are using to fill. Take note of the measurements if you are using as ice, or something that needs to fit in a glass. As to size-- it feels slightly smaller than a baseball; it fits in the palm well.

They are thick, strong, reusable molds that have a sorta slick inner surface and did not leak. I hand washed them and on first use made a nice looking ice skull... BUT.. Advertised for ice cubes and other food uses.. after I first used them for ice skulls everything looked nice, didn't have much trouble getting them free of the mold, loosening slowing around the edges, tossed them in bowl then into freezer.they froze together and I couldn't use them so placed bowl in sink and ran water over them and noticed a skin forming on the water of very small patches of something, the slick lining of the molds had stuck to the ice skulls. almost all of the lining of the molds had come off, leaving a dull finish inside mold with patches of the remaining lining, a damaged powdered white where it too will come off next use.May be good for resin or other materials, but NOT food safe in my opinion.

It is simple to use simple to clean if you follow the instructions if not they have videos here in Amazon that show you how to use them but they're simple self-explanatory it's like a nice cube you have a good one

Very cool and easy to use. Look great in a nice whiskey glass. Would buy again.

Nice large ice cube for the Halloween season. Funnel is great addition, just pour slow. Tap water doesn’t work the best, seemed to have a lot more cracks then bottled or distilled.

Not as big as I hoped. Little bigger then a golf ball. But still I good molder

Awesome really like, made great ice cubes but you need a big glass. I really bought to make epoxy mold then use in sand casting of copper skulls, there even better than the cubes they don't meltGreat product i would order again.

These are decent but filling them with the little funnel each time is a pain.
