BARTON’s Ballistic Nylon Military Style watch bands are custom designed and fabricated to meet the highest standard of fashion, function and fit.. Swap your bands in seconds to compliment your daily wardrobe. Selecting Width: Straps are available in 18mm, 20mm, 22mm and 24mm widths. To determine the proper width for your watch, use a metric ruler to measure the ‘lug width’ (the point on the watch head where the band attaches). Lug widths for most common watches are also available from the manufacturer online. Selecting and Adjusting Length: All widths (18mm, 20mm or 22mm) of our original 'Standard' length band measure approximately 10-inches in total length and fit wrists from 5" to 7 1/2" in circumference. All widths (20mm, 22mm and 24mm) of our 'Long' version measure 11-inches in total length and fit wrists from 6" to 8 1/2". However, watch size and geometry also impacts fit. Those with larger wrists (above 7 1/4") typically prefer the 'long' version. If band is longer than desired, fold free end neatly back into the keeper loop or cut to desired length. If trimmed, expose cut end to match or lighter flame to avoid fraying. Full money back guarantee for anyone that does encounter a fit issue. Attaching the Band: Refer to diagram in picture above. First, remove original band and reinsert spring bars into watch head (replacement spring bars sold separately on if needed). Then, simply feed strap between the spring bar and watch casing, behind watch head and up through the other spring bar. Run through stainless steel ring on short strap to secure watch head. No need to remove spring bars (pins) to swap between different colors.

Well made, good fit, casio gwm5610
The Barton 22mm NATO strap, all black, seems to be well-made, well sized for an average sized man's wrist, and comfortable. The length is perfect, with no need to adjust or fold the strap back under the loop - there is no excess, nor shortage of length. Will try to update review in a few months after seeing how well it holds up to every day wear and tear.Ordered this to attach to a Casio GWM5610 after the original resin(?) strap developed tears in the eyelets after a few years of everyday wear. In order to do this, one needs adapters such as "JaysAndKays metal adapters" from the other big online sales site that starts with an E and rhymes with bay. This pair of metal adapters allows for a 22mm NATO strap to attach to the 16mm Casio watch. It looks and feels great.Update: After about 6 months of daily wear and no tear, I maintain 5 stars. I am impressed at the quality. I was unsure if it was going to be a cheapo thing that frayed and came apart after a while. But no, this strap, for the price, is quite good. There is no fray anywhere along any of the edges. The hole where I buckle it, I do unbuckle it daily for shower and whatnot, so that particular strap hole gets used a lot, so it does show some slight bit of wear, but I suspect it will keep going for months or years, probably years. If at any point I need to switch to an adjacent hole, I will, but there is no tearing or fraying. This is a great impressive strap. I actually plan on buying a second one just in case i accidentally have a freak accident and cut this one with a knife or something. It holds up to sweat, grimey yard work, dirt, washing with dawn soap, salt, showers, digging, mechanical work, etc. Extremely comfortable, like you forget it's even there. The metal parts do not tarnish or ever look bad. Stellar strap. 10 out of 10.

Outstanding band
This is the first Barton band I've bought and I will be a returning customer. I tend to wear more bracelets than bands, but I recently got an Orient Defender 2 with the green face, and while the bracelet is okay, it's more on the side of 'meh' than 'good'. For the price point, I wasn't expecting even an average bracelet, but Orient really didn't put much into it, frankly.I'm kind of turning the Defender 2 into my everyday wear and having a good band for that is necessary. This band does not disappoint. It isn't cheap fabric that is easily going to fray with everyday wear (I don't think) and was comfortable on first wear -- no break-in period needed. The color is great, and doesn't bleed (like some other cheaper straps I've bought have) and dries quickly.Make sure you know what sizing works for you. You might need the "long" version if your wrist is > 7.25". I have a 7"-ish wrist and it's perfect. I don't have a ton of extra strap; it fits comfortably and has just a little extra to tuck into the keeper loop without having to wrap it back around. It's almost perfect in length and exactly how I like to wear bands. Not hard to install at all, and the included instructions were easy to follow.I will be replacing other cheaper bands with Barton as they wear down for sure, and this will be my go-to brand for newer timepieces that I think will look good in NATO style instead of leather, rubber and even bracelets.

Very stiff but feel durable and look great!
I bought these expecting them to be of a more soft fabric material like the NATO that came on my Seiko SRPG33, but they’re not. They are very stiff and feel of plastic. Think of a backpack strap. They feel very durable and well made, and are still comfortable on the wrist, just not what I was expecting. That being said, I bought these to give a couple of my watches a variety of looks outside of the standard strap/bracelet they came on, and they achieved just that! The colors are vibrant and look great. The width is exact and fits perfectly between the lugs (22mm in this case for both) I will note that the navy and yellow strap is a very dark navy and almost looks black (as you can see in the photo). It’s not a big deal as my Bulova has a black dial so it still pairs very well, but just figured I’d mention it.Overall I’m very pleased with them, especially for the sale price I got them for, and will likely buy more. At $6-$15 why not experiment with colors, right? Great value for the money. Buy with confidence.SIDE NOTE: These straps do not come with springbars. So if you’re like me and have other bands with quick releases, you may need to order some spring bars if you don’t still have your watches’ originals. Luckily I had some laying around.

Wonderful band. Far better than what Timex is making now, and I can explain why
Timex bands like this now have these metal pieces similar to the one on this type that are squared and not round. On the Timex models, the metal pieces will not lie down. This band, in contrast, has only one of the those, and it DOES lie down. That’s important if you care about comfort. Plus, having only one, it’s not much in the way. The fact that the main extra-length of strap restraint is strapping itself—that lays down very flat—makes this watch band extra comfortable if you type a lot or other desk like activities. These are well made and very nice.I have small wrists so these are quite long for me. It was super easy to cut the size down a bit. What I do is just cut across the to the length I want, and then I cut the corners off where I just made that cut. Makes a nice shape. Then, a little touch of the lighter to melt the ends to they don’t fray and you are good to go. Looks great. Easy to do.I highly recommend this watch strap. it’s an excellent value.
