I love the Ego products, but this charger was defective from the start. Charged the battery one time then wouldn’t charge it after the first full use. Customer service was great/ replacement on the way. Follow up… this product works well. I have a different Ego charger that begins charging immediately when the battery is inserted. This one has a delay of several minutes before it begins to charge. You need to install the battery and after awhile it begins charging.

Worked great. Nice to have a new battery that lasts longer again.

Needed to replace an EGO charger and was concerned if these were original EGO products - they were. The battery immediate charged and worked as normal. Great to have an extra battery even though the battery life is very long with each charge.

Works great so far all summer use.

This is one of the best product on the market,I needed and extra charger for my weed trimmer,can't go wrong with an ego,very powerful battery pack.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! Battery lasted less than 6 months...wouldn't charge no matter what I did. When I inspected the battery closer, the manufacture date was in 2021! Since the 90 day replacement window passed, they wouldn't replace the battery. When I contacted the manufacturer directly, they wouldn't honor the warranty because the seller is unauthorized to reseller EGO products. Money down the drain! Do yourself a favor and buy directly from Amazon.

Unit works perfectly. Some reviews say non stick surface is peeling away. Nonsense. Have used several times and no indication of that type of wear. Melted butter (not spray) will yield best results. Just read directions and follow them consistently. Good purchase with no regrets.

In package I just got charger battery was missing 😠I preferred second time missing charger again I ending paying $ 800 for two orders and missing battery every time … I did not get refund for first return so far I am said if item is mote than $300 take will two weeks for refund, now I received second package and missing battery again it came with charger again. Now my credit card is with charge of almost 800 for two orders

We contacted the manufacturer. We were informed that some sellers distribute defective chargers on Amazon. We want a replacement from an authorized dealer.
