Inaccurate size listed!! 1.38” converts to 35mm, which is the size I wanted. HOWEVER this has the EXACT same Inner Diameter as my 34mm weight which does not fit! 34mm converts to 1.338”!!! Highly irritated!!

Decided to put it on as soon as I got it. My first reaction was, "No way will I get this to work." My boys definitely don't hang low. No way could I manipulate it to fit. So, I had to get creative. Here is my solution: STEP 1: Wrap something around the sack of your balls as tight as you can so that you make the space between your balls and your body as narrow as you can. You could use something like medical tape or even duct tape cut in half lengthwise sticky side out. I think something thin like string might be risky. STEP 2: Once you've made that space, remove one screw of the weight and loosen the other screw. Twist open the weight. Instead of being the shape of the letter "O" when it's closed, it will be in the shape of the letter "S" STEP 3: Put the narrow part that you've wrapped up in the opening and twist the other part around until the two ends meet making the letter "O" around the part between your balls and your body. STEP 4: Insert the screw and tighten it so that it catches, but not all the way. STEP 5: Remove the tape STEP 6: Making sure hair and skin are out of the way, tighten one screw at a time while holding your balls to the side you're not tightening. I was able to get both screws fully tightened with zero skin stuck. Man oh man, does it ever feel good. The weight is great. The tug satisfying. Looking forward to using it in the bedroom. Don't give up, guys. Love this thing

Was excited to get this. Have been trying different ball stretchers but none with weight. This one felt heavy, when I first got it, but after wearing it for a few minutes, I’m convinced I could add more weight. Things to know. It was easy to put on. It’s easiest to take one screw out and loosen the other. So now instead of a circle it makes an S. Pull your balls to the side the screw is loose. After getting your sack tucked in and it does take some work, close the other side to now make a circle. Insert the screw you took out and tighten but not completely. Make sure everything is tucked in or you’ll pinch your sack. Now tighten one side and with everything in, tighten the other. It took me a time or two without pinching my sack. The weight is a nice fit for beginners like me. Know this. If you have big balls or even medium sized balls, this will not work for you. I have average size balls and it took some work to get everything in and the weight tightened. With the weight on, you’ll feel a continuous pull on your balls. I have to pull the weight up while pulling my balls down every so often to get a more comfortable feel. When sitting the weight can pinch your sack, but when standing the weight pulls your balls down in a more comfortable spot.

The fit is perfect and the weight feels great! I'm not sure why people are complaining about the size. I suspect people are having a difficult time installing it because of their technique or the length of their sack. It could be the size of their balls, but I doubt it. I'm well endowed and I didn't have any problems. If I could change something, I'd add about 10mm to the height. I've got the space and more weight might feel even better. I was sceptical about the craftsmanship, given the price, but it was unfounded. The pieces meet up well (no unintended gaps), there's no sharp edges, all surfaces (aside from the mating ones and inside screw holes) were polished or electro-plated chrome. The edges are rounded (have fillets). I suggest installing it by barely loosening a screw on one side, removing the other screw, opening the weight by twisting, pulling your boys across one side of the device (towards the solid section of metal), closing the device, pulling your sack towards the side that you only loosened the bolt (away from the opening on the side where the screw was removed), reinstalling/tightening the screw you took out previously, pulling your sack to the side you just tightened, and tightening the screw you only barely loosened previously. It should work well without pinching or pulling as long as your hair is trimmed and you're careful.

The weight feels great once you get it on.. the inner diameter could be 1/8" larger as it will constrict your blood flow and give you purple balls quick. Takes some practice to not pinch your skin but definitely a good product.

After finally getting everything in place my boys were turning purple and hurting. Very disappointing though it’s well made. I didn’t think I was above average but I guess I am.

This is my first time trying one of these and I must say I love wearing this. Thanks to the reviewer who provided instructions, I was able to put this on successfully without discomfort on the first attempt. This is my first time trying one of these and I love the stimulation it gives when worn during the day. I love the weight and build quality.
