This is the only lash cleanser/shampoo I can use, I have extremely sensitive eyes..and this is the only one I can use without any side effects. And after a cleanse..my lashes feel so clean and they look so fluffy! If you also have sensitive eyes, this one is the best!

I started getting my lashes done and had no clue what I was doing. After watching several videos on how to care for eyelash extensions I came to Amazon looking for a cleanser. I stumbled upon this item and read the reviews. 5☆'s isn't enough, it needs 10! I love that it's a set, I have everything that I need. The cleanser is awesome and my lash tech even complimented on how well my lashes were clean AND it doesn't burn my eyes! It's an amazing set!

Ok product, but stings if goes to your eye. Also makes your eyelids feel extra oily if you don't use this product at 12-24 hrs.

This lash shampoo is my favorite for my lashes. I get good retention with it, it cleans lashes nicely , and doesn’t have a strong scent. It does sting your eyes a little if it gets in them.

I love this lash cleanser! I noticed that my lash extensions were getting dirty and within one use my lash technician said they looked great and very clean! It’s very easy to use and worked great. Also the packaging is so cute! Also, the brush that came with it is awesome! It really helped me to get into the small spaces between my lashes that needed cleaning.

I read a lot of reviews about eyelash extension cleansers before choosing this one but I really don’t notice anything special about the cleanser itself. The cleansing brush is okay. I was super disappointed that the eyelash brush was either defective or just not meant to have a cap that stayed closed though. I was excited because it looked perfect for travel but the cap does not lock in place at all - it just slides right off! Surely this is defective. I can’t imagine they would have made it this way on purpose. The eyelash brush with a cap was a factor in my purchase so I was pretty bummed it didn’t work out.

I love this product. It makes keeping my lashes clean easy. This is a great alternative to the expensive stuff in the lash salon. No issues with irritation, my lashes last last a lot longer.

there’s really nothing bad to say about this! it works beautifully. i prefer the brush i get from my lash lady because it’s softer, but the case is nice on this one and it does the job fine!
