I feel like I want to plant some good seeds by living a review for this cuz how will the world know how wonderful it is if I don't? Do you like a stain that's not orange? Do you like your lips to have this pretty stained wine color? Look no further. This lasts a good while. And it is just so pretty. The little swipe of color that's behind the blue stick in the ad is exactly the color that it puts on your lips. When you put it on it really has no purple color in my opinion. It's more of a beautiful purple blue wine stain that's is just no other color like it. I wouldn't call it a red stain at all. It's more like a blue purple wine. But not blue or purple in some of those Gothic but more of a classic you could wear this with an evening gown color. It's not a color that says pick me. It's a color that says classy and poetic and Moody and brave and let it be the main statement on your makeup.

I received the orange Coloring lipstick & it definitely stays on like no other lipstick ! I will be trying the other shades . It's not drying the lips like I thought it would. staying on so long. I now want to add that it is great used as blusher. The staying power is amazing & it truly go with any complexion!

I figured it time to leave a review for this lipstick since I am on my 6th re-order! I love everything about it. The color is a perfect pink without being too thick. I feel that it adds a very pretty color to my lips that looks soft and natural. The color lasts a long time without having to reapply and it helps keeps my lips moisturized. It has now replaced all my lipsticks.

This was nice. The color was a little bit brighter than I thought. It rubs off a little at first but it lasts pretty well. Not sure it softens your lips any but it doesn’t dry them out.

I received the brown and pink. Soft, sheer color payoff. I then ordered the purple. Kapoweeeee! Bright magenta that doesn’t fade. I have now ordered multiples of all. I’m very pleased. Very moisturizing.

The color didn’t really show up. Very light pink. Disappointed

My favorite lipstick! The green color of the tube shows as a pretty pink on the lips. Two coats of lipstick top and bottom provide great coverage that lasts well.

UPDATE: December 1, 2017. After wearing this lipstick for a couple of weeks, I would like to provide an update on my experience. I must report that with extended use it can become quite drying. Exfoliation becomes absolutely necessary as dry patches of skin appear on the lips (that is what is happening to me at this moment). I have been using lip balm before going to bed every night in an attempt to keep my lips moist, but regular sloughing of skin is still necessary. Also, contrary to what I reported about the lipstick not "feathering" i.e. seeping into the fine lines around lips, sadly, that, too is happening. Due to these problems, I'm removing one star from my review. I do think this lipstick would be terrific for younger ladies who do not have the aging problems of dry skin and small vertical lines around their lips. My search for the perfect staining lipstick continues! Please feel free to recommend something you swear by, dear older ladies! Some women love eye makeup and others love lipstick. I am a lipstick person. I have been searching for a lipstick that delivers what this one promises and could kick myself for not having found Fran Wilson MOODmatcher lipstick earlier! The color (I purchased the color "red") is a very soft, yet true red. It glides on smoothly and leaves a soft sheen on the lips. I wiped it off with a tissue to see if it really does stain the lips and the answer is YES! I am a woman who MUST have color on her lips at all times and have looked everywhere for a lipstick that really stains the skin. I shall look no further and plan to order more, perhaps trying another shade, but definitely staying with this red. My favorite part of this purchase is the staining factor. After the lipstick is gone and your lips are "bare," you'll find they will have been stained with an intense color. No more worrying about how you look in public without lipstick! No more running to the ladies' room to reapply! And to think it cost just a few dollars! I have tried very high end lipsticks costing almost $40.00 and they didn't offer the stain or long lasting benefit I had hoped to find. For more opaque color impact, try your favorite matte lipstick over the MOODmatcher. You'll find that the matte lipstick glides on much more smoothly than it would if used alone. To "older" ladies, (like me!) it does NOT bleed into the little lines around the lips as much as other lipsticks. I have one deeper line that had a tiny bit of lipstick in it, but not nearly as much as with the more expensive brands I have used. Also...another plus...this product is MADE IN USA!!! To be fair, I will state a couple of "down sides" which are not much to complain about, given the meager price. The bullet (the lipstick itself) is on the small side, which surprised me a bit. Also, the plastic tube is very basic...do not expect to receive a glamorous looking tube. These are merely superficial issues. I can't recommend this lipstick more highly!

The lipstick itself is lovely. It lasts all day (since it stains your lips) but stays moist and doesn't dry out. It goes on very well like a delightful chapstick. My only advice to anyone purchasing this product is don't expect the colour to be exact. I purchased it in the black colour but it goes on a bright red/pink colour. Although I was hoping for a new black lipstick (since I can't find any where I live), I am not disappointed with this purchase. Overall it is very good quality for the price.

I absolutely LOVE this lipstick stain. It starts glossy like a regular lipstick and as the day goes on it stays as a lip stain and looks like I still have colour!! Even after eating. Picture above is a 6 hours (every hour) to show the colour lasting... it’s great for work so I don’t have to reapply all the time! And it doesn’t leak in other either. It gets darker in the cold. This is the red colour stain, but the pink one is just as good!! I bought some for my sister and mom for Christmas!!
