THE QUALITY IS THE BEST I HAVE SEEN, I DO HAVE PROBLEMS TAKING 6 CAPS SINCE I DO NOT EAT 3X A DAY SO I AM NOT REALLY GETTING THE FULL EFFECT THAT I SHOULD BECAUSE I ONLY TAKE 3 CAPS PER DAY. I WILL TRY TO CHANGE THAT SO I WILL RECEIVE THE FULL BENEFIT. I KNOW THEY ARE ON THE EXPENSIVE SIDE BUT FOR WHAT YOU ARE RECEIVING THE PRICE ISN'T BAD. I ALSO HAVE FOUND THIS IS THE FIRST VIT. THAT DOES NOT UPSET MY STOMACH. I FOUND THAT WHEN YOU ORDER, MAKE SURE THAT YOU SEE THE BUYER "PATTERN" WHICH MEANS THESE ARE THE REAL PRODUCT, NOT FAKE.

I didn’t realize instructions were to take 6 pills. That is just ridiculous. I’ve been only taking 3 a day instead, but these make me feel nauseous. They have a very very strong vitamin smell and taste. So even taking only half a dose, they make me feel sick. These might be good quality vitamins, but I won’t be purchasing again.

I take these not as regularly as I should. I like the product. It doesn’t give me any terrible taste in my mouth or upset my stomach. They are a bit expensive but in my opinion worth it. I would highly recommend.

The smell was so overpowering that I struggled to swallow the capsules without gagging. I even left the bottle open for a few days, hoping the odor would dissipate, but it did not. In fact, my daughter later commented that the kitchen smelled like dog urine, only to realize the odor was coming from the supplement bottle itself. She was shocked and asked if I really intended to take them. Initially, I wasn’t going to write a review—I had planned to simply return the product. However, after discovering that refunds were not available, I felt it was important to share my experience. For $58, I expected much better. Please be aware that the odor is extremely unpleasant before purchasing.

My registered dietician recommended this brand and while pricey, it is excellent. The label says to take 6/day, but I take 3 and feel comfortable with that dose because when I input this product into my food tracker, 3 gives me almost complete coverage of all my micros for the day, and the balance I make up with food. By taking 3, I effectively cut the cost in half and the bottle lasts 2 months.

I bought this for my wife and the 50+ for Men's for myself, and the women's version smell significantly worse than the men's. I'm not bothered much by smell or taste when it comes to vitamins as long as they do their job, but even I'm having a hard time stomaching the smell of the women's version as it's quite strong. My wife isn't taking them at all due to the smell and the smelly burps that follow. As for their recommendation of 6 pills per day, this is a bit surprising. Just looking at the label, this is much more than a typical person needs. For example, the recommended amount of B12 even for an adult who may need a bit extra is about 10mcg, so why are they recommending 6 for a total of 450mcg? If someone has a serious deficiency in something, they should likely take a supplement for that specific vitamin, not a multi-vitamin which boosts everything. Just my opinion from someone without any medical background but who researches a lot. I take just one.

Product smells rancid. Odour is so bad the entire cupboard I put them in smells awful. Absolutely revolting to try to take.
