I love this and have completely converted from being an Earl Grey and coffee drinker. I use two heaped Tbsp of leaves in a large teapot (1.5 L) each morning - not conventional but it works well for me. A sustained energy, mental alertness and appetite suppressant effect which makes fasting until lunchtime a breeze. Easy on my stomach and no jitters which I was increasingly experiencing with coffee.

I bought Yerba Maté L’Original Organic after hearing so much about yerba mate as a natural alternative to coffee – and I’m officially converted. This blend is smooth, earthy, and has a really pleasant, almost grassy flavour.

Qualità della yerba molto buona, presenta pochissima polverina ed è molto grossolana. Per ora ho provato soltanto quella classica ma dici saranno buoni anche quelli più fruttati.
