Headgear works great easy to adjust with a lot of room to go either way. My boys like them a lot. Look cool, not to expensive for quality and seem to be comfortable.

Used this 5-6 days a week sparring in jiujitsu and wrestling for over a year and thrown it in the washer every time…and it’s still going strong. I have used a lot of head gear for decades and this one is a favorite bc of the soft outside, great ear protection and easily washed. I can’t tell you how many people ask what head gear I use after their ears are already injured. Save yourself the hassle and get it and use it every time you train and spare your future self an expensive ear surgery that usually isn’t covered by insurance.

Been using this for weeks to protect my ears that get hematoma real easily. Never had an issue. I've taken knees, elbows, and heels straight on the ear cups and felt no pain and my ears didn't inflate. Adjusting takes a minute and stays on easy with the velcro. You can wash the fabric too! The cups are sturdy hard plastic and the chin strap has a nice cut foam for cushion, so it never feels like its cutting or choking me.

After hurting my ears I brought these in to give my ears a break. I thought I would hate them but they are fine. Hardly noticed them, didn’t get choked by them and they relieved pressure in headlocks. Almost cheating to use them. Very easy to wash. Just chucked them in the laundry.
