Q: Can you repeatedly squeeze this or are you supposed to squeeze and hold? Some types will break the spring if you repeatedly squeeze it..

The spring parts are different from the springs of other adjustable hand grippers. GD IRON GRIP is made with compression springs. So it is more durable and stronger than tension springs. The support parts and body is so strong as well. So I think you don't need to worry about the breakage when you repeatedly squeeze it. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. Q: When using this does it hurt your hand?

No! but I would advise you start at the lightest setting including attaching the extenders; this will allow your hands to build strength over time. Start with no more than a few minutes every second day and progress forward when you reach that point, "remember to go easy at first".

Not a Buick.. no lubrication needed.

There is a 30 day return policy in general, this item is really a solid item which you have to fiscally damage it, in order it should be damaged. I think it comes with a 1 year manufacturer warranty
