I really like this for blackening dough, such as for black sourdough bread seen in the photo. It works super well, does not require much charcoal at all (I use 0.6% in baker's percentages, so 3 g for a 500 g flour loaf) and gives the bread a unique appearance and a very faint but pleasant earthy flavour.

Looks good. Hope I never have to use it but can b a first line of defence before emergency vet treatment for.grapes raisins. Dark chocolate, which can kill your dog. Needs to be sealed well so no damp as it can affect it.

It was ok very fine product my last one floated in the water more gritty purified water this just stayed black

This stuff is great for ridding the fridge of the smell of kimchi and smelly cheese.
