Great Japanese egg pan.
If you want to prepare eggs in Japanese style, this is a great addition to your Asian inspired kitchen. The pan is easy to clean and the perfect size for eggs. My wife found some egg recipes on line that she had wanted to try. This was the perfect fit.

Great pan
The ROCKURWOK Japanese Omelette Pan Nonstick Tamagoyaki Egg Pan has been a fantastic addition to my kitchen cookware. This small, rectangular frying pan, measuring 7” x 6” and featuring a charming pink color, is perfect for making traditional Japanese omelettes and a variety of other dishes. One of the features I appreciate most is the nonstick surface. The pan's high-quality nonstick coating ensures that eggs and other ingredients cook evenly and slide out effortlessly, making it ideal for preparing delicate tamagoyaki. The nonstick feature also makes cleaning the pan a breeze, saving time and effort in the kitchen. A quick wipe or rinse is usually all it takes to keep the pan spotless and ready for the next use. The rectangular shape is another standout feature. It is specifically designed for making tamagoyaki, the rolled Japanese omelette, but it’s also versatile enough for cooking other items like pancakes, sandwiches, and grilled cheese. The shape allows for easy rolling and flipping of the omelette, ensuring a perfect result every time. This unique design has expanded my culinary repertoire, enabling me to experiment with different recipes and techniques. The build quality of the ROCKURWOK pan is impressive. Made from durable materials, the pan heats up quickly and evenly, which is essential for achieving the perfect texture and consistency in tamagoyaki. The sturdy construction ensures that the pan will withstand regular use without warping or losing its nonstick properties. The ergonomic handle is comfortable to hold and stays cool during cooking, providing a secure grip for easy maneuvering. The compact size of the pan is perfect for small kitchens and for cooking individual portions. Its 7” x 6” dimensions make it easy to store, and it fits well on standard stovetops. Despite its small size, the pan provides ample space for cooking a variety of dishes. This makes it a practical choice for both everyday use and for preparing special meals. The pink color adds a delightful touch to my kitchen. It’s not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing, adding a pop of color to my cookware collection. The stylish design makes it a great addition to any kitchen, whether for personal use or as a gift for someone who enjoys cooking. Overall, the ROCKURWOK Japanese Omelette Pan Nonstick Tamagoyaki Egg Pan has exceeded my expectations. Its combination of a high-quality nonstick surface, unique rectangular shape, durable construction, and compact size makes it an essential tool for anyone interested in Japanese cooking or looking for a versatile small frying pan. The pan has significantly improved my ability to make tamagoyaki and other dishes, providing a reliable and enjoyable cooking experience. I highly recommend this pan to anyone looking to expand their culinary skills or simply add a functional and stylish piece to their kitchen. It has become a favorite in my cookware collection, ensuring that my meals are always delicious and beautifully prepared.

Easy to use and cute
This little pan is both cute and functional. I got the pink one and it came with a pink spatula for rolling the omelets which makes things super easy to get the right shape. I've experimented with different things in the eggs but my mom and I both seem to prefer a tiny tiny bit of salt and some pepper. Green onions finely chopped are good too. I also tend to add a small sprinkle of cheese to the innermost layer for a cheesy core. The pan is non stick and the little brush for oil is just perfect. I use it generously while cooking. This pan can handle three eggs but makes a nicer shape with two. Cleanup is also easy. I do not use scrub sponge for the cleaning only soft sponge. The outside is showing some signs of wear after a few months of use but the inside is still pretty and non stick. I've also fried a few eggs just regular instead of omelet style in it and works just fine. This is a regular use item in my kitchen now and I love it. Edit: so, very regular use! The pan isn't quite as cute as it was, but it's still gloriously useful. I make the rolled omlets in it, but I have also been using it for single serving frying stuff. A single hamburger, an egg or two, some meatballs, ect. Just small perfect for one person things. I still use it roughly once a week, it's still non stick. I try to be gentle with the heat (for tamagoyaki medium is perfect, medium high for hamburgers) and the pan does good by me.

Great little pan to use to cooking for one person
I replaced my worn-out skillets a few months ago with 8" and 9.5" Imusa Stone Look skillets with wood look handles. Since I cook mostly for myself, these skillets were too large for me. I wanted to find a very small skillet for eggs, grilled sandwiches, hamburgers, etc. This little pan does the trick. And it's close enough in color and style to almost match my Imusa set. It does have a couple of drawbacks, however. The non-stick coating will stick unless you use a small amount of oil/spray (I use the brush provided to coat the bottom of the pan and oil the corners). You need to use the silicone utensils provided (or other silicone utensils) because hard plastic/metal ones could ruin the coating. Cooking with higher than medium heat will quickly ruin your food and also damage the pan. Because the coating is so fragile, I haven't put it in the dishwasher. When washing it by hand, I use a soft sponge/brush to whisk away any food particles that might have stuck. Food that settles in the corners of the pan can be trickier to remove, but nothing has adhered permanently yet.

Qualität passt, Beschichtung hält bisher. Das Zubehör ist etwas billig.

Because there is no other way to complain about this in Amazon I do it here. The package has been delivered in front of my house so it could have been stolen easily. Because it it does not seem possible to complain about deliveries in Amazon this practice will continue. The omelette pan was fine, no problem
