Klaire Labs is a brand I’ve been purchasing for years—the capsules are small and are easy to swallow.

Good source of zinc.
Zinc deficiency apparently is very common among pediatric group. My younger son started to show some signs of abnormal markings in his nails. Some distinct markings that I narrowed down to zinc deficiency. I supplemented him with this product (higher dose than daily recommended for the first 2-3 weeks) and the abnormal marking on his nails went away. The capsules are also small enough to be easily swallowed. I will be reordering again.

Three Stars
Wish someone would make something that doesn't contain magnesium stearate.
