I have a measure of 2.5 on reading glasses. Are these glasses on measures too?

No, our anti-blue light glasses are non-prescription, but our lenses are detachable. You can change your prescription eyeglasses lenses to our glasses as long as the size matches.

how effective are these at blocking UV?
