Great pants at a reasonable price
These have only been worn 1 day, but they are really great. Read the size chart, and the fit should be fine. I'm 5'6" and weigh 165. The large fits very nicely. I usually wear my shirt tail out, but it works tucked in. The pants have enough give that a pair of thin long johns will go underneath if the weather turns cooler. I plan to use these as my "airplane" pants. Not a fan of jogging suits or similar. The 4 way stretch fabric seems like it will remain comfortable on very long haul flights. I actually bought these for a safari in Africa coming in the spring. Great on the plane and also on the sandy/dirty back roads that we have experienced on previous trips. After wearing them a few more times and running through the washer and dryer, other colors will be added to my travel wardrobe. I always pack a change of clothes in my carryon, and these would be perfect. They weigh very little and fold up into a small package. Add a polo shirt or nice tee, and I have another outfit just in case my suitcase doesn't make it with me to my destination. You could probably wash these by hand and hang to dry overnight and all would be well. Highly recommended!

Perfect for summer hiking
I was looking for hiking pants for warmer weather; most of the brands I tried at REI were too big for me - even tried the kids size which was not a flattering cut or fit. I came to Amazon and found these. Very impressed, it has all the features of brands that cost 2-3x the price AND it actually fits perfectly, including the waist and length, and is well proportioned for my body. For reference (and because I wish this was done more to help with online shopping lol) my measurements are waist 26/27”, high hip 32, lower hips (widest part) 35/36”, inseam from crotch to foot 28.5”, out seam from waist to foot 38”. It’s lightweight but feels sturdy, good quality material, fabric is smooth against the skin, allows for comfortable multidirectional movement (I did some squats and lungees to test it out). Also does not make rustling noises that sometimes happen with these kind of pants. I especially liked the details, including the hook and eye as a fastener instead of a button as it feels way more functional for outdoor activities. Appreciate the zip tie pockets, which feel firm and sturdy. The pockets are also pretty deep and made with mesh like breathable fabric that lays nicely flat when on. I’m taking these to New Mexico for my next hiking trip and looking forward to testing them out! Update: So I wore these in the dead heat of summer for 4 whole days, while backcountry camping in petrified forest, hiking all over Arizona and New Mexico, and sliding down sand dunes… and I had other stuff to wear but these were so perfect for basically everything that I wanted to wear them. They held up amazingly - I was doing all kinda activity in them and they only started to smell on the 4th day which I was very impressed with. In temperatures over 100 degrees, these still kept me cool and my skin protected (vs shorts I had brought but the sun felt like it was searing my skin; I didn’t even try to get into anything tight like leggings!) these were perfect, protective against the sun but also kept me so cool. I got stuck on a mountain hiking and basically had to alternate between scooting my butt down and crawling on my knees - and that was day 2! There was NO damage to these pants (not so for my hands lol) and they’ve held up on other trips as well. There’s nothing I would change about these, the fit, flexibility, thoughtful placement of hooks, loops and pockets, as well as durability give these a 5 star. And I look pretty good in them too! Bonus points!

I wear them all the time
I really like these pants and eventually bought four pairs. Comfortable for all temps .... except for maybe in super cold. Great for traveling. In the summer I roll the legs up like capris. After two years of steady use, they still look like new. No ironing. Just roll/fold and shove in a drawer. They dry quickly. Can't say enough good about them. HOWEVER, they do have a problem with the construction of the side zipper pockets. People have complained that the manufacturer used glue and after washing, the glue starts to come apart. So I sewed around the pocket openings (which is a little tricky to do) and have had no problems. It's ridiculous that glue was ever used, so I dropped a star. So if you have some sewing skills, definitely put them to use here. Fits true to size. I'm 5'6" and they're plenty long.

flattering, lightweight, practical, comfrotable, smartly designed
I am short and athletic (5', 113 lb). It's hard to find flattering pants until ten years ago when I discovered a few brands in Macy's. But they are dress pants. The best hiking pants I tried on in the past still looked bulky and unattractive. When I saw the word 'flattering' in the reviews of these pants, I did not believe it. But I badly needed hiking pants since my Yoga pants ripped from scratching the trail when I fell last time. So I decided to give them a try. And I am overjoyed when I put them on. They fit nicely (I chose size XS). The waistband is comfortable elastic, yet it does not create a bulk under the waist, perhaps due to the soft material, the light gathering, and the decorative line on the back (I suspect it acts like princess lines, flattering the figure). There are a pocket on each side, and one in the back. All with a zipper. There are no pockets on the legs or a drawstring. The waistband sits right on the navel. The way I like. I am totally surprised. I can't believe practicality and fashion could co-exist. Gopune must have good designers. I need to order two more pairs of these pants. I don't know if they are durable since I just got them. By drying my clothes on the liner, not in the dryer. I usually keep them in good condition for over ten years. Outdoor clothing have heavier wearing and tearing. But these are made of nylon, which is supposed to be very sturdy.

Comfortable but Not Durable
Lightweight and comfortable, but as others have mentioned, the pockets are glued in and come apart after you wash them a few times. We had to sew them back on.

Breathable and affordable !
I use these pants often in the summer and with a base layer in the fall/winter. Love how quickly they dry when wet but also how breathable they are. Pockets are a good size that fits my phone, wallet, and keys. Do not run these in the dryer! Hang them up to dry. I wasn’t careful and didn’t read the care instructions a few years ago and the glue around the seams came off my first pair These are worth the price. Will likely buy a few more colors soon Not meant for heavy rain as you will get soaked through.

Amazing fit and super comfortable!
I ordered these for a last minute Alaska trip next week. I’m 5’5”, fluctuating between 155-160 currently, rectangular shaped and carry my weight in belly, butt and thighs. I ordered a large in black originally. I’ve only tried on the pants so far, but they fit very nicely, are very comfortable (almost pajama pant level) and feel like they’ll do well enough in a light drizzle and wind. They do have a light swoosh to them when you walk, especially if you have thighs that rub, but its not super loud. The cut is similar to a straight leg jean. My normal inseam is 30.5” but these are just right with my Merrell Moab hiking shoes. I have ordered two more pair for my trip because I liked them so much!! I’ll update more when I get back from Alaska. 1st update - order the darker gray and blue colors. Sizes vary between colors. The gray (picture makes it look purpleish) waist was the tightest and the legs were cut slimmer. Not enough to really matter but I could tell as soon as I put them on. The blue ones (pictured on the bottom of the stack) were the biggest of all. I lined up the left side of the pants to show the difference on the right and got closer for you to see. Again, not really a major problem for wise or something that would cause me to need to order a larger size. Update post Alaska trip - this were amazing The mornings started off very cool and on the days we hiked, we warmed up quickly. The pants were great at keeping me the perfect temp all day long. Great for blocking wind too!

Nice and stretchy
Comfy and stretchy, decent fit. They are a bit thin though. I can see through them if I hold them up to the light.
