Great addition to my Koi pond
Works great helps save power running a lower output during the night time and adjustable as needed for each season thru my phone app.

Replacement pump
Ability to use Wi-Fi to monitor pump and to set the start and stop times the pump is making a waterfall for our pond

You'd think it would come with a PLUG. Or work
Took a chance on a "small cosmetic imperfection." Didn't expect it to come with the plug cleanly cut off. Replaced the plug, and decided to test it before I hooked it up to my skimmer. Glad I did. Plugged it, and it tried to run, but it struggled, and eventually tripped my circuit breaker. The problem wasn't an incorrect attachment of a plug, as that would have tripped the breaker instantly. I'm realizing I didn't get a good deal on a pump. I bought a very expensive brick.Update: I contacted Aquascape to buy a replacement plug. Customer service was worse than useless. Rep was combative. Took a week and a half dozen emails before she actually understand what I was requesting, and then said they wouldn't sell me a replacement power cord.

Good product; Very good service
Appreciated received our pump quickly and the unit itself seems to be working as intended.

INPUT/OUTRUT
OUTPUT is spelled "OUTRUT" on the label of the controller. I'm not too excited about finding spelling errors on something I paid over 700 dollars for. Hopefully they double check the assembly of the pump better than they proof read the labels. At least its being installed outside so I don't have to worry about it burning the house down. Another company having stuff made in China yee haw.

Works Great with App
The media could not be loaded. This was a great pump. You can hear the humming when at the lowest speed. Keep it at speed 5 or more and you don't notice.Easy to set up the app app.

Finicky and expensive
This pump has turned itself off twice since I had it installed 3 weeks ago. It works fine once I reset it by hitting the On button on its control panel. It stopped feeding a secondary basin in which I have another pump and this caused the other pump to burn itself out. Much too expensive to be this finicky.
