It has consistently been my go-to for lattes and macchiatos, and after trying quite a few alternatives over time, I always find myself coming right back to this one. The flavor is rich and smooth without tasting artificial or overly sugary. It blends beautifully into espresso drinks and adds that perfect chocolate depth without overpowering the coffee itself. Whether I’m making a simple mocha latte or adding a drizzle to a macchiato, it just works. I’ve experimented with other brands just to see if I was missing out on something better, but nothing quite matches the balance and consistency of this sauce. Delicious and perfect for topping coffee, ice cream, hot chocolate or any sweet treat! Use to dip pretzels too. Soft enough to squeeze but thick enough too. Little pricey compared to store bought but worth saving the hassle and getting it delivered to the front door.

This is delicious. Great to make copycat caramel macchiatos at home and a nice dessert drizzle. It has nice thick consistency but easy to squeeze.

Taste good. The packaging was sealed. The size of bottle was normal. It was the right sugar content.

I use this to make a white chocolate mocha. I wanted to compare Ghirardelli to Torani. I found this one to be slightly sweeter, more liquidy, and lighter in color. It does make delicious drinks, just slightly different than the other. Honestly I just rotate between the two because I don’t know which one I would choose as my favorite. The spout on this bottle doesn’t make it easy if you want precise pouring on something. I just pour it into my measuring cup so this didn’t make a difference to me. I would purchase again.

Have been buying Ghirardelli products for years. They are always fresh and flavorful. Will purchase again. They are a little too sweet for my taste, but is still as advertised. So no complaints.

This is the only Chocolate sauce I will use for my Latte. I tried another brand and regretted it! My Daughter N law will use the other so plan on giving it to her. I don't like a vanilla taste in my coffee.... Ghiradelli is sweet and smooth without a strong vanilla taste. This small bottle doesn't last me a very long time but now that I know what works for me I will do subscription.

This is the best chocolate sauce. I would buy it more often but it's so expensive. For customers who haven't tried this before, I wouldn't bother with the pump. The product is too thick for it to be useful. Stand the bottle upside-down for a few minutes before use, then just squeeze the bottle. When this doesn't work anymore, cut the bottle open and scape the rest into an airtight container. I know this may seem like a lot of work but I feel this syrup is worth it.

I bought the Ghirardelli Caramel Sauce, and it’s absolutely delicious! The flavor is rich and buttery with just the right sweetness, making it perfect for my coffee every morning before work. The texture is smooth and doesn’t harden too quickly, so it blends well in both hot and cold beverages. I would recommend this caramel!
