I had to order a few different brands before I finally found the one that worked best for me. I choose to wear them under my shorts because I don’t really like the diaper look. They fit well under Muaythai shorts and as long as they are the stretchy kind. They feel comfortable and don’t hurt. They don’t hinder my Kicks or movement in anyway either. Excellent for sparring, and excellent for working with partners who don’t have the best aim.

This is a great product, and I ordered it because sometimes I get kicked in the worst place by kids in sparring. One particular feisty red-headed 11-year-old nailed me there in our last sparring session. This week, she noticed I had this on and without warning, attempted a Roshambo maneuver. She hits hard, but with this item I was completely protected - highly recommended!

I’ve been using this cup for about 10 months. It’s never failed me. Really good protection but very cheap materials. It still works great but looks like it’s barely held together.

Purchased for our six year old son for taekwondo. The smallest size fit him and it’s pretty solid so I feel comfortable with him sparring with this on. I wasn’t sure if a separate hard cup would be needed, but it’s not. The waist is also adjustable.
