Charging is fast on cable and works great wireless as advertised

Been waiting to purchase a wireless charger after going thru multiple cords for each device. Should have done this sooner! It doesn't get scary warm during charging. The pad sits flat for phone placement. Slight learning curve to finding the charging "sweet spot" on the phone but visual leds on the pad help out. For someone who isn't tech savvy it is easier to charge with the pad instead of fumbling with cables & ports multiple times a day. Motorola has done a great job with the Edge+ cell phone and this Turbo-power charger.

This charger gets rocket hot, it hasn't melted my phone case, witch I'm happy to say, it can charge through an OtterBox, without the clip case.But it never powers off, it just heats and heats and heats.Any product that is going to charge your phone is a careless plop it down I kinda like, but I'm pretty sure this thing is a fire Hazzard.Also it does charge your phone, roughly 1% every 5 min. (Tested through an OtterBox case)But it likely does twice that In battery damage with how hot the phone and charger are.Avoid this unit, frankly sell back the phone and get a nice one.

I had this on my watch list for a long time before they finally became available. I'm so glad I waited for the entire genuine Motorola rapid charging system. Works perfectly for my Motorola Edge+ and even charges without having to remove the OtterBox clear phone case!

I got this after getting a Moto Edge Plus recently. It works well with the included 15W (5v 3A) USB power brick. It also works fine with 10W (5v 2A) power bricks, if you want to make your device's overall battery lifespan last longer, and don't have the need to fast charge.As expected, your device may get pretty warm when charging with at 15W, so sometimes my phone would pause charging if the temperature got too high. This isn't the charger's issue, just the phone, and will vary depending on how your device deals with that.Overall, for the price, it was a great deal on a non-generic brand device.

I don't know what others are talking about I have no problems with the phone staying on the pad (the camera protrusion pretty well aligns it to the pad). I also use the OtterBox symmetry case and can charge it through the case as well. Charging speed is amazing. My only complaint is the heat. Motorola did a lot to thermally insulate the Edge+ but it still gets very hot to the touch much like any other wireless charger. I don't worry too much about it though as I imagine if a Motorola charger built for that specific phone did damage the phone that would be covered via the manufacturer.

I love it. It works on my Motorola when nothing else will! It also works on my iPhone 14 Pro Max!

My wife purchased this for me as a gift four months ago. We have several Qi enabled wireless phones in the household, Android and I Phone. It works well with our Androids, without a case on them but not our I phones. It will not charge an iPhone with an Ottorbox case attached. I must remove the case to charge it which is simply not practicle. Keep in mind I have two other wireless chargers, both Belkin, which charge all of our phones to perfection. I would have expected more from a name brand like Motorola. I will continue to use it for my Razr + 2023 but will defer to the Belkin for the other phones. The Belkin might be a better choice for many especially if they have cases on them.
