I have been building plastic models off and on for decades. The Bandai Gundam kits caught my attention and intrigued me. After going through the build, I can honestly say these are the most extraordinary kits I’ve ever encountered. The sheer engineering and quality control it takes to make a kit like this just blows my mind. Every piece fits with zero tolerance. Simply amazing. An indispensable tool to have with these kits is the single blade nippers. I have the Hurricane which I also reviewed. A clear glass file also helps. All nibs must be taken off, the tolerances are that tight. I hope this helps.

This was my first gundam and my first ever gunpla model kit. Surprisingly, it wasn’t as difficult as I was thinking it was going to be. The model kit was pretty easy and fun to build. The design is fantastic and the size isn’t that bad either. Very happy with this gundam and I’m glad it was my very first one!!!

Looks and feels amazing, pretty simple design but also very detailed. Mine came with a little loose arm joints but it can hold his weapons just fine. Overall, really amazing kit 10/10.

Dislike how amazon just applied a mailing label to the model box. Like no sealed package just mailing lable applied to the outside of the unsealed box. they did not know that model boxes arent sealed but for the clear bands of plastic loosely on the box? Yeah epic amazon shipping FAIL. LIKES: EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS KIT. Solid build, great figure and there's a reason it's arguably the best rg kit. Perfect for beginners just make sure you have nippers and a hobby knife. Seriously except for amazon being stupid with how they shipped it (I'm insanely lucky it actually arrived complete) this is a must buy (maybe off of amazon) kit.

Edit: It fell apart... I don't know what to do with it anymore. Edit 2: I purchased a second one and used the first one as spare parts, this kit is fantastic when it is done properly, just be careful how you assemble the Gunpla with proper tools and you're good to go. The 1st one was just a bad one from the assembly line. I have this kit built about a year ago, and afterward, there were a few issues, the kit itself may be falling apart, maybe I must have received a bad one, many of the plastic pieces are cracked or have broken off, especially one of the wings broke and now has to be in a permanent position never to move again, on top of that, the pre-molded frame snapped within the 2nd day in assembling and what forced to super-glue it, but that also means it could be where I live in a very humid environment, but other plastic model kits including my Real Grade Sazabi has not suffered that much but this one, in particular, was falling apart rapidly, though other reviews say many things good about this kit, just the one I received must of been faulty and I can vouch for the positive reviews this kit I can still recommend.

It was what I expected and more. It was very fun to assemble. It is not suitable for kids, but luckily, I'm not one (grimace).
