QWORK Rubber Draw Latch, 4 Pack Flexible Black Soft Front Storage Rack Latch with Concealed Keeper for Cooler, Cargo Box

I was looking for latches for the lazarettes on my sailboat that would not become another source of bruises on my shins. I got these hoping they might work and am very happy with the materials and quality. I did make a drilling template/jig from the refrence drawings on this listing to be sure spacing was optimal. Everything worked out better than expected. I used stainless rivits and screws/nuts I had on hand to secure them, which did necessitate drilling the holes a bit larger diameter.

I used these to replace nearly identical latches on a Kolpin Oufitter Box, which is the biggest (and nicest) ATV cargo box made. But 8 years of service one if the latches, made of rubber, nearly cracked in two. I ordered a set of these and was able to use the rubber component only to swap out the broken rubber part. So happy! To do this, I used a pin puller on the stainless steel pin that holds the clasp to the box body. They simply snap out of the rubber. This means I was able to leave all the original stainless hardware intact and did not have to drill anything out. What a win! The latch style is just slightly different and appears to be an updated latch from what I had previously. It latches just perfect now. I couldn’t be happier.

Same as original. Two screws to undo and reinstall. That’s all.

Only had it for a month it works real well and does the job but check back with me a year later

This latch is better than the OEM that came installed with the ATV that was broken with a minor front end impact.

Great product, but you are on your own as far as installation goes, no instructions. Performance and quality are good. You have to figure out the install measurements on your own to make the connection to lock "snap" close.
