Tasty but Gritty
I love Ube and this powder taste good. But it is grittier than the Ube powder I usually use. We did not like the texture in the cookies we made.

Hard to find in my area
Perfect to use to make desserts or cakes. Hard to find in my area. These are expensive though. But I do like this brand and it is a good quality.
