The first time I bought these was for my daughter's graduation, so I saw for myself how nice they are. They are carefully packaged and very pretty. The vase is nice, too, and I reused the crystals in my fish tank. Sure, you can get great flowers at bargain prices at the store, but I send flowers to friends and family all over the country. I've purchased these four more times since the first time because I find they're a good deal and can withstand some high outdoor temperatures when shipped because of the smart hydration tubes. I have to follow up personally because there is no gift option prompt with this item. So, I have gotten feedback on all of my purchases without a single issue mentioned.

The flowers arrived on time and were very well packaged. The vase that came with it was really too small to accommodate the bunch so I used a larger one. The smaller vase was also tipsy when I tried it. It would have been nice to include some tall grass for contrast and a package of flower food but I'm happy with what arrived. I rounded my 4.7 rating to 5. Definitely recommended except for the vase. One week later....disappointing. These dendrobium usually last for weeks. This time they are losing buds and dying. I guess the hard water here in SoCal may have been the problem. Perhaps I should have used bottled water??

Terrible Terrible product, worst I have seen in my eyes of life and I was born in Africa. I have seen two civil wars yet this the worse I have seen. I need a refund! Scammm!!!! I recently received a shipment of orchids from Garden, and I am deeply disappointed with the quality of the plants. Upon opening the package, I immediately noticed that several of the orchids were spoiled. The leaves were wilted and discolored, and some of the flowers were already falling off. There was a distinct, unpleasant odor coming from the plants, indicating that they had begun to rot. The packaging was insufficient, providing little protection during transit the vase was shattered. Many of the plants were crushed. It's evident that the orchids were not handled with the care they require.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This is a unique flower which my mom loves so I always bought it for her birthday. I will keep on buying these as they are delivered with care and always fresh and beautiful.

I’ve ordered these three times as gifts each person states how beautiful they are and how long they last. If you keep them trimmed they last a very long time!

OMG! Where do I start! These purple orchids were so so pretty, and very true to the picture displayed. I really feel like I got my monies worth on this bouquet. It was worth every, penny nickel and dime. And I was so impressed on well packaged my item was,band did I mention it was beautiful! Yes, very beautiful,and just as pictured. Came with care instructions and water to keep them fresh! Thank you so much! Because of you my mom's birthday will be very special this year. I will come back to order again. You are the first company I've ever ordered flowers from that made me feel this way. 2 thumbs up and kudos to you!

The friend I sent these to said they were beautiful and fresh upon arrival. Unpacking was difficult but results worth it. She mentioned that the flowers dripped a type of sap onto the table on which the vase stood and was unhappy about that. Suggested anyone who receives them be sure to place the vase on a cloth or paper to protect the furniture. That was a big negative for her. Otherwise, she enjoyed the flowers and felt they lasted an appropriate length of time.

I sent this same gift to my mother before and she loved them. This order was a disappointment as they only lasted a week and the buds never opened up. I hope this is a rare occurrence as the last order lasted for weeks when she followed the enclosed directions for caring for them. These showed up wilted and almost out of water. Something you may want to look into. Thanks fir listening, they were a plan to take the place of setting up a Christmas tree for my 91 year old mother.
