Great display
I purchased this as a replacement for a Acer Chromebook 15 I used for 3 years. The old Acer Chromebook powers off now whenever you insert a micro sd card. Then it needs to stay off for like 6 hours before you can use it again without it turning off after 15 seconds. I was hesitant about purchasing another Acer however after looking at many other manufacturers offerings those displays were small and blurry by comparison. I did get three years use out of the old one without all of the update hassle and the old one had really great battery life. The new Acer 315 has a better keyboard ( with the DELETE key that was missing on the Acer 15) with a nice tactile feel. The IPS display is great with a really wide viewing angle. The only thing I really miss using the the new Acer is I no longer have a back illuminated keyboard. That it turns out was a bigger deal than I thought. Videos play without problem. My Ethernet adapter is supported natively by the Acer and the Acer is one of the few models available with a display port out over USB C. Great for Nasa imagery that my Smart TV (that is no longer updated) refuses to display. So the Acer Chromebook is sort of pricey but has better portability, battery life, and a display that none of my Windows Laptops can compete with. It does make for a great internet PC.

Great laptop and excellent value
This is my second Acer Chromebook. Was very happy with my first Chromebook but wanted to upgrade to a larger screen. The 15.6" screen is perfect. Super easy setup. When you log into your Google account it automatically transfers most of the settings from a previous Chromebook to the new one. The battery life is an impressive 9-10 hours. My wife and I have a Google Chromecast dongle on our TV so it is very easy to cast videos from Youtube and Amazon Prime Video. My only complaint is that it is heavier than my previous Chromebook. We travel quite a bit so I will probably take my older Chromebook simply for its smaller size and weight. I guess that is the price you pay for a larger screen and battery. Overall an excellent laptop.

Good value
Big clear screen, it works, and was cheap. I'm happy with it.

Has a 10 key, large screen, easy to use
I love my Chromebook! It's easy to use and has a big screen so I don't have to wear my readers. This model comes with a 10 key that I use all the time! I'm getting ready to order another, my 3rd one. No Windows, just easy to use

What else can you need for this price?
I had heard good things about Chromebooks, and they were all confirmed when I bought this laptop. Before buying, I compared about 15 chromebooks from different manufacturers, and this was the one that had it all: touchscreen, lightweight, large screen, and separate keypad! Pros: In addition to the above, the sound is very clear, and the battery life is amazing. I barely have to charge it, and it boots up in literally a few seconds. Cons: If you are used to using MS Office Excel, you're going to have to pay for it separately, or use the Google alternative, which is frustrating for even the smallest tasks. Overall, very, very happy with the unexpectedly high quality that comes for the low price.

Straight forward, great price
I got this computer by accident - I wasn't expecting such a wide machine, but the overall experience has been great. I bought this in 2021, and it's worked well since purchase. I update it regularly and have used it for most of my life's computing (I even got a job using this thing - so Office 365 is no longer a must have). I will say it doesn't handle Zoom calls all that well, but I've started grad school last year and it ran the virtual desktop I needed to access STATA beautifully. A second monitor hook up is definitely possible and I have an ANKER dock which I use with my work computer and this computer without an issue (that includes a headset, keyboard/mouse combo, and external monitor). Overall - for ~$330, you really can't go wrong.

Does NOT have TOUCHSCREEN DISPLAY!!!
I purchased the ACER CB315-3H that was described to have "15.6" Full HD IPS Touch Display" I just got off the phone with ACER Support, and they said that this model does not come with IPS Touch Display. Be Warned!!! Not ACER's fault, but supposedly Amazon's fault for point-of-sale false advertising.

Great for the price
I'm very happy with this Chromebook. It has a nice HD display, it browses and streams smoothly, and it has two USC-C ports. One allows charging, the other allows HDMI (4K) output to the TV. Having both means I can charge and stream to the TV at the same time, which is essential to me.

I purchased this initially for my daughter as she needed a new laptop for online school. It worked great for her, especially since the school is using google products. It is a touch screen, quick to wake up, and in addition to working well for her school, she watches netflix etc. I have just purchased a second one for my personal use and could not be happier. I just need it for writing and general personal use. If you need a laptop for personal use and do not need anything fancy, this is an amazing option. I do not hesitate to recommend!
