This chaga has changed my life, literally! My digestion has been an issue my entire ife. I’ve tried countless things, but really, to no avail. Some things helped briefy, then quit. This has my digestion running so smoothly!!!! I’ve been taking them for 11 days, and since day ONE, it helped me. And another amazing, really amazing thing, is that I lost 6 lbs. in that time!!!!! I’m almost 64, and take really good care of myself, eat right, and exercise. But I haven’t been able to lose weight! It REALLY is about a healthy digestive system! I’m really shocked at how this has revved up my digestion!!!!!!! And I know that it has a proufound effect on your skin, and the elasticity of it…even diminishing fine lines and wrinkles. I’m looking forward to writing another review in a couple of months to elaborate on this :). FYI…there isn’t anything out there, that has a higher ORAC value than chaga! That’s pretty impressive!!! Thank you, Real Mushrooms for an amazing product!!! Keep up the good work!!!

I love mushrooms in general and all the nutritional benefits that come with chaga especially. I cannot always source and cook mushrooms daily so this is an excellent, easy to swallow, convenient way for me to get the benefits I desire from the chaga mushrooms. I've heard of the high potency and efficacy of chaga for overall health and these pills don't disappoint! I am grateful to have these added to my daily routine and can't wait to experience even more benefits. You can look up the benefits too but some include boosting the immune system, slowing the aging process, helps fight certain cancers, and is an overall nutrient dense superfood. Again, can't recommend this product enough to add to your daily health and wellness routine!

I have been taking these for 3 months, not totally consistently, but at least 4x a week. I really love the medicinal properties of mushrooms, (this is Chaga which is great but I alternate Real Mushroom's Turkey Tail too!) but I am so cautious of where they are sourced and how they are extracted, that looking into the Real Mushrooms company, I feel totally confident in these! I have told a couple friends about these (hello if you are here from southern WI or central IL haha!) and they think I'm crazy to be taking mushrooms until I send them a link. I think a couple have tried them too! I know this sounds odd, but I think my rosacea is getting better since taking these. I also am more regular, and did not catch influenza B from my 4 kids when they all had it! Unreal. Love these!!

Well roll me over and turn me into a noodles armpit. These things really work just tough to get it out the capsule. Emptied some of my ugly sisters ones and filled them with spit and boogers and she didn’t notice. Fantastic product

5 Days in and what a difference. The first dose seemed to had given me a little nice high. Not felt this high again but has generally improved my mood, focus, metabolism and has given me enough pain relief with a nagging issue I have had with my foot that was crippling enough to make me worry that I couldn’t do my daily hikes. It has also lowered my glucose levels quite noticeably. I am definitely sold on Chaga to the extent that I now intend to forage my own.
