I've been a long time user of silver-based nasal sprays - Starting with Sovereign's products, moving to their higher strength line, but even that product didn't feel as effective in keeping my nasal passages clear for long. On a whim, I purchased these Results RNA sprays and the difference is night and day. I'm not sure if it's the additional botanical ingredients in this product, or the stronger concentration of silver, but this stuff truly works! I take a spray in each nostril before getting on a plane, and depending on how many inconsiderate sick passengers there are on a flight, an in-flight spray and a post-flight spray to ward off any travel illness. So far so good! This will be my 2nd time ordering now, since the 3 pack lasts quite a while. Great value for what you're getting, or rather not getting, sick!

I got this for my wife and she told me to get it for her and I do as I’m told! I know she gets relief using this product and that’s all I care about! I also use Amazon basic and I even purchased one for her because it helps in between, you know in between when you can reach in your purse and use something and it gives you relief! I hope this product is non-habit-forming and that’s the reason why I got the Amazon basic nose spray or is it nasal spray one of the other all it matters is it gives you relief that’s all that counts! We use products that we can see that are good, end of statement!

I’m pretty confident using this stuff has prevented me from getting sinus infections just with random use throughout the day . Once in the morning , a mid day squirt and right before bed . I usually get sick and a week goes by only for me to get worse and realize I need antibiotics bc it turned into a sinus infection that needs antibiotics. Of coarse I try to avoid using an antibiotic bc they destroy your gut and for me make my histamine intolerance a lot worse . So I’m so happy I finally discovered the power of this spray . I’m convinced it’s saved me from needing to go to the doctor for antibiotics and that is a huge benefit to my health. I had chronic sinus infections for years ( like 7+ a year ) . I have not had one sinus infection in over a year now since using this . I’m 100% certain it’s bc of this product .I love it and have one handy in every part of my house and my purse . They last longer than you think , too , even though they’re small . Just get it . A lil update for those thinking thr bottle is “dirty” or the formula is bad bc it’s dark colored .. it’s supposed to be that color and the product was just coming out a little bit on the bottle if you see it on it . Don’t be deterred from buying and using this wonderful silver spray bc of the other reviews complaining about this .

The spray does help with dry nasal passages

I think of it as a convenient substitute for a saline nasal spray. I have not had trouble with a burning sensation as others have mentioned. It seems to work about as well as my Rx antihistamine spray. Your results may vary. Excellent dispenser.
