Going through menopause and was losing loads of hair. In desperation and after seeing a review that these helped someone’s hair grow back, thought I’d give them a go. Yes, they helped it grow back (could feel little stubs of hair all over my scalp growing) but to be honest was still losing loads (and am not exaggerating - for months it was hairbrush fulls every day) - went to doctor who said basically “hard luck” part of menopause nothing he could do but luckily read an article that a hair specialist said take FOLIC ACID daily as it’s best thing to stop/slow down hair loss - so started taking folic acid daily along with only x1 collagen tablet (not full dose) and fingers crossed it’s worked! Got hair growing back plus no more handfuls of hair falling out. Really hope this helps anyone with same problem as was shocking the amount of hair I was losing daily over months, thought I’d be bald if it had carried on and so pleased I’ve managed to hopefully get back to “normal” - good luck!

I opted for capsules rather than a collagen powder to save time, these were good value for money and convenient as they don’t have to mixes like the powders. Despite the size of the capsules, they are easy to take!

Bought this to improve my skin, been taking for just under a month and my skin is the same however, my nails are thriving. I've always had nails that split, and they split all the way up my nail bed. They have completely healed, feel stronger and are a healthier colour. So whilst it's not improved what I wanted, the nail health improvement is a massive bonus.

Second time trying this brand. Skin plumped up in my face and looked less dull. Felt more alert and had more energy. Don’t know if it’s working but I am feeling definite benefits since taking it. And my hair is growing thicker and faster.
