These are every bit as good as the Durkees in my opinion, but gluten free! oh, how nice it is to have them! I use them in casseroles, as topping on salads, or even eat them straight out of the can for a quick nibble, lol. Love them. highly recommend!

These Gluten Free Crispy Fried Onion I use to make my Green Bean Casserole for Easter and Thanksgiving. The taste is very good because if my husband and children can't tell the difference between the gluten free and regular, then it's a winner! I also use them in onion dip, scalloped potatoes, and all source of dishes I make. I will differently order them again from Amazon.

I use these ff onions on just about everything that doesn't move! I even eat them out of the canister when I crave a salty snack.I gave up for a long time, using crispy onions for toppings when I went Gluten Free many years ago. Enough time has passed that I began to search for this product again, and found to my delight, several to choose from. Even though these are a bit more expensive, for the volume you get, I was won over by the wonderful packaging, with a foil cap, and a snap tight lid on the canister. A bonus for me, is the added crunch that comes with the dusting of buckwheat flour[ no it's not "wheat" flour].I use this on salads, soup, casseroles, my favorite Lebanese lentils and rice dish, tacos, and pizza, just to name a few.

Flavor could be stronger; it would be easy enough to add a little organic onion or garlic powder. The company cared enough to fry with sustainable palm oil. Would never consider other toxic ingredient brands; better to go without.

I have to eat gluten-free so I find it difficult sometimes to get the same "texture/flavor/quality" in gluten-free products as I used to get in the products which contained gluten (wheat, rye, and barley). That is not the case with this product!It has a full-bodied taste which is "almost" addictive! In fact, I've found myself opening the can on occasion and taking a pinch (or two) and munching on the onions by themselves! I highly recommend this product.

These are absolutely wonderful! I use them on salads, burgers, casseroles and more. They taste better than the gluten containing brands. I have tried other brands of gluten free fried onions in the past and they do not compare to this brand, they are so yummy! I am so glad I came across these, they are spendy but worth it!
