The RVGUARD RV Screen Door Cross Bar Handle has been a fantastic addition to my RV! It has made a huge improvement, both in functionality and protecting the screen door. The handle is sturdy and provides extra support when opening and closing the door, making it much easier to use. Not only does it help save the screen from getting damaged, but the installation was super simple — just make sure to predrill your holes and use good screws for a secure fit. I’m really happy with this product and highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their RV door setup!

This product is easy to put on and works great!

I installed two of these today. Took very little time and the installation was pretty straightforward. They are very sturdy, actually, surprisingly so. The only issue I had was the quality of the screws. The eight screws you use to put the handle together were fine but the four screws you use to attach the handle to the door were just junk! The heads on two of the screws stripped and were useless. I was very fortunate to be able to get them back out. After that, I went to Home Depot and bought the same type of screw, but in stainless steel. Those went in fine with no stripped heads. After I finished the install, I stepped back to look at the handles with the screen door closed and the eight silver screws stood out like a sore thumb. You'd think they would supply black screws to blend in better. I'm debating about picking up some black screws and redoing the installation. I have no doubt it would look much nicer. Despite that, I would still recommend these for my fellow RV'rs.

This handle worked great on my RV screen door. I've always had trouble climbing up the steps in my class C motorhome and having to reach behind me for the lock to pull the door closed behind me. This handle makes it very easy to pull the door closed behind me. The handle also helps to stiffen the screen door frame as well. As a hint to get it installed correctly, you may want to use some double sided tape to stick in place and then make sure the door closes properly without the handle hitting the door frame. You also will want to use a 1/8" drill bit to drill starter holes for the middle section of the door handle and for the screen door frame.

Works well and with a few drilled holes, install was easy.
