I am so excited to have found this. I found it a little hard to intubate, but managed and will be using this to train staff.

This item was anatomically correct for teaching PALS classes. Great product!

I can’t be too picky, considering the price. I purchased for PALS courses. The mannikin head was quite a bit smaller than I imagined. I would compare the size to a premature infant. For someone who doesn’t intubate kids on a daily basis, it’s a challenge to intubate on the first try in a timely manner. But infants aren’t know for having easy airways, so I can appreciate that. Great starter for small classes but I will eventually purchase a higher quality one.

Does not have any intubation anatomy in posterior pharynx (no epiglottis or arytenoids). It’s just a plastic straw in the mouth. Does not allow for realistic simulation of intubation.

I am an NRP and S.T.A.B.L.E instructor and teach nurses, respiratory therapist and doctors how to place advanced airways in newborns. This product is good quality and anatomically accurate and 2/3’s the price as the other simulation manikin company’s price.

Cheaply made, didn't meet my expectations.

Product came as described. Moveable mandible and actually has simulated vocal cords. Assist device alerts when you lean on the teeth and during esophageal intubation. Comes with a 6.5mm tube, but no stylet. Leaving the tube curved for a bit to break it in, otherwise it just misses the cords.

Its what is needed for PALS class
