It is what it is
Looks nice in our office bathroom. Was debating between this one and a much more affordable seat cover, but glad I made the choice to get one. It looks well made (solid thick metal sheet), and modern.

Scratches and no mounting screws (despite higher price)!
Product itself is high quality, but the dispenser we received looked like it had been returned (although the box was sealed). The protective wrap on the dispenser appeared partially removed and the dispenser itself had scratches where the wrap was removed. In addition to this, there were no mounting screws included (despite the higher price). I don't see where the listing mentions screws, but I would have expected them at this price. I would buy this unit again, but if I cannot return this particular one I will purchase it somewhere locally instead.
