The FateFan Multifunction Tension Rope is a decent option for beginners or anyone who wants a simple, portable resistance band for light exercise. It’s easy to use, lightweight, and works well for stretching, core, and arm workouts. However, the resistance feels mild, and the material doesn’t seem built for long-term heavy use. After some weeks, the bands may lose tension or show wear. Overall, it’s fine for casual home workouts but not ideal for advanced strength training.

I was really excited to incorporate this into my nightly workout routine. However, I never even got to use the product. As soon as I tried to put my feet in the opening the strap that goes over your toes that holds your foot in broke. This is made of a very cheap material. I am now returning this one and spending a little bit more money to order a better quality one. I wear shoe size 8 1/2 or 9 depending on the brand. So if you don’t have tiny feet then don’t even waste your money on this.

Work very well

It is ok resistance for a beginner but with use the resistance bands become looser. Your not going to get a strenuous work out with this product but it will firm muscles up some.

I recently purchased the FateFan Multifunction Tension Rope (the 6-Tube Elastic Yoga Pedal Puller) looking for a compact, versatile piece of exercise equipment I could use at home and easily travel with. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this product, especially considering its price point and multi-use design.
