I buy these for my father who has dementia. Sometimes when he won’t eat a meal this becomes a good and convenient compact meal supplement to get him through that part of the day. The consistency is good, not clumpy, and the vanilla flavor is ok. Dad seems to really like it and it does not upset his stomach. I appreciate the level of protein and fiber in this. That being said, Amazon keeps screwing with the price. One day it’s $35 next day it’s $45, then it’s $38 and then it’s $50 and the next day it’s $40. I’m sick and tired of these games Amazon plays with the prices for these types of products that sick individuals on a fixed budget might really need. This has got to stop!

Can't beat the price for the amount of drinks

Creamy, tasty, and, so convenient. There is a BIG problem with repackaging of the bottles. The bottle caps are harder to twist off, so, if you don't have strong hands and or arthritis you might have a problem. Also, if you recycle the labels have to be removed first and the labels on the bottles are very hard to cut/tear off. When I try cutting I have punctured the bottle and caused a leak, but, the previous labels I could tear down the side. I just wonder why they needed to repackage. This is out of left field but I am still irritated by product boxes being changed from 4 flaps to 5 or 6 flaps and some of the flaps have to be torn or cut to complete opening the box, but, then offer a user friendly box if you want (laughable). Anyway, as I was saying, the bottle packaging is not user friendly if you are elderly or just don't have strong hands it's a drawback... the drink is great. By the way, during the winter I like to heat the chocolate flavor in the microwave for 37 sec (1100 watt) and then drink it. The temp will be real warm not hot and I think it is comforting.
