I really enjoy this Golden Milk. The taste is warm and comforting, and it mixes well with warm milk. I’ve been having a cup in the evening, and it helps me relax and get a more restful night’s sleep. I’ve also noticed that I feel less stiff and achy in the mornings, which has been a pleasant bonus. The ingredients seem high quality and natural. I won't say what this tastes like but I will say that it isn't good! LOL If the taste was better, I would give it 5 stars however I'm rating 4 stars because although the taste is not ideal, it does actually relax me and I'll drink to that!! I lowkey think that it is helping with my allergies as well!? I'm thinking about putting this in a smoothie? or keeping the milk cold? Because drinking this "warm" in addition to the taste...no ma'am. hahah It's hard to stomach and I'm a person who takes Apple Cider vinegar without pinching my nose just for health benefits. All in all, it works great. It does what it says so, I'm a happy customer regardless. Not all healthy things are going to taste good and that's a no-brainer. haha

Great taste. Such a small jar - at over five dollars an ounce, which is eighty dollars a lb. We've decided to experiment with making our own. They could double the quantity for this price and still make a good profit.

I always need to have this on hand. I use about a fourth of milk, the rest water and mix the powder in with just a dab of honey.. especially on these cold nights it’s super Duper tasty.

Was hoping for better texture- this Golden Milk powder was disappointingly gritty and with regard to flavor, I added a little maple syrup/ Stevia because the dates in the ingredients listed didn't sweeten quite up to my personal preference. Topped witha sprinkle of cinnamon, but I'm still on a mission to find the perfect Golden Milk powder. This didn't quite cut it for me.
