I am genuinely happy that it appears to work so well for a lot of people but I was NOT one of them. I figured the possibility of anxiety relief made it worth the risk but jeez. I have pretty much all the side effects others described: nausea, increased anxiety, headache, flushing, stomach cramps, etc. Also, idk how anyone is okay with the taste. It tasted soooo nasty. I do feel sleepy also though so I guess it worked in that sense? I dunno but I will definitely not be taking this again.

It sort of works. Felt mildly relaxed. The first night I took it I only slept 4 hours. Couldn’t really sleep. The taste is horrible!! Make sure you have some water or something to chase it! Burns a bit also in my mouth.
