It really helps to take the edge off the pain. A little goes a long way.

This is an extremely effective product to help control aches and pains at least in the short-term. Simply apply it and within 5 minutes the pain has greatly diminished. I do notice that I sometimes need to reapply it after about 2 hours, on really bad days.

This is great stuff , enjoy it at night after a hot bath, stiff neck, or sore back , really seems to help . my first tube lasted almost a year . Just wash hands after using don't want it in eyes or other places it might burn ! But good product highly recommend !!
