I use these to help chant my mantras. They have lasted 3 years now. Beautiful rich color, 108 stones. Its a nice set.

Love these beads very much. There are the 108 beads and a guru bead and the knots are perfectly don! The tassel is a standard type found on many malas. I reinforced mine with a drop of super glue to the tied areas. Been using this daily since I got it! It is a great price for a very nice item. Many of the same exact type malas including same type tassel cost 3 times more. The little bag is also nice for on the go when you'd rather have this in a purse or pocket instead on around wrist or as a necklace.

This is my second mala that I purchased, and since I got it , it is my very very favorite mala, I use it for chanting daily as it is so light and so simple but pretty, that I can wear it as well, and while chanting with it the beads are spaced apart so I can count the beads properly during chanting. I so love this mala that when I get back in the country I will buy more malas like this one from this seller.

Mala is stained with red wood stain. Wearing it stained my arm and the stain did not wipe off with water. It would ruin white clothing. I bought 4, the other 3 are still in the plastic. They were going to be gifts. I guess they could be rosewood... but they cold be anything badly stained red. I am very glad I kept one and wore it today. As far as I am concerned this mala is unusable for Yoga or anything where it is worn when not in use. I guess I will use it as a decoration.

I was expecting a good product for a low price and I got it. My only wish is they tied the tassel with a matching thread. Red on red gold on gold white on white. and that the tassel was of better quality, It would look more pleasing to the eye. I am very impressed with the individual tied beans this was one of the things I most wanted in my Mala. I would have given 5 stars if it had a better quality tassel. Namaste~
