FINIS Dryland Cords

I am a swimming coach and I have my 11-12 year old age group swimmers use the yellow-light level stretch cords 3 to 5 times a week for up to a half hour -- not continuously but over the course of a 90 minute workout. We use them primarily for rhythm, coordination, and technique rather than "resistance training." They are absolutely dependable and I have never had one break. The oldest set I have is 3 years old. Please note that they are they are a bit too resistant for many younger age group swimmers, aged 10 and under.

I have had it for a year but I would say very limited use. probably average 1 hour of use every 2 weeks. The chord broke while I was doing a double arm freestyle pull and hit me right on my right shoulder. Good thing I was bent on my waist and looking down otherwise, it could have easily hit me on my eye. Scary.

The listing for this is incorrect - lists Red as "Medium" strength. When they arrived, the box said "Heavy" - they were too thick/strong, and we returned them. I looked at the manufacturer's website, and green is medium.

Excellent high quality product. Good firm handles keep them stable and do not bend while performing open palm work for swimming drills. Use this product and you will swim better.

the seller's description says it is median strength but it turns out to be heavy. I cannot even use it.

The cords are great and just what I wanted. Now all I need is a bracket / wall socket strong enough to hold it when I do exercises with the cords !!
