My dog loves this thing. Chews on it all the time and carries it around the house. Has lasting a long time so far

Wonderful
I have 2 welsh cardigan corgis and I was having a hard time finding a chew toy that they would not destroy within a couple of days. Real deer/elk antlers were becoming really expensive. They would go through several every week or so. I was going through rawhide strips every couple of days.I found this at a pet store, bought one, and it was the best spent money for a dog toy. It took them a month to chew it down to 1-2 inches in length. They will actually carry them around the house and into the yard.I had read that they could damage the teeth, but neither I or my vet have seen damage. It has been helping keep the plaque down also.

My dogs love Nylabone
Time after time, Nylabone has been the go to brand for my dog's toys. Their toys are durable for both my 50 lb dog and my 5 lb dog. Plus, my dogs seems to absolutely love them.I got them this one for Christmas and as you can see by the attached pictures, they haven't been able to make a dent in destroying it. Trust me, they have tried. This is one of their favorite toys.Even though this size is for larger dogs, my 5 lb dog has no problem chewing on it. She is a big dog at heart, and prefers the larger bones. I was concerned that it might be hard on her teeth, but we haven't had any issues so far *knock on wood*So, regardless of the size of your dog, I definitely recommend Nylabone toys for your pups. The products last, plus they come in tasty scents like this one...Venison! :)

Durable, Does Not Stain Carpet, Does Not Smell, Holds up to Pitbull and German Shepherd Chewing, But Not a Favorite Chew Toy
This is a pretty good chew toy and has held up to some fairly intense puppy chewing from a pitbull and german shepherd mix. She will chew on it and we can even play fetch indoors with it like it was a stick, which my puppy likes. It is a little heavy and bulky, but that is okay because it is probably not really meant for fetch. It does not smell like venison or any other nasty smell, and it does not stain the carpet. I would say that, compared to some other chew toys, this one does not keep my puppy's attention like the others. She does not really enjoy this one as much, so I don't know if they flavor is not strong enough or if the texture or hardness is not what she likes. Either or, it is a pretty good toy and it should last for a long time because of its durability.

BREAKS PLAQUE NOT TEETH. PERFECT.
BREAKS PLAQUE NOT TEETH, PERFECT.I bought this bone for my 7 year old girl with bad plaque on her teeth. I was getting quotes of $350-$500 to do a professional cleaning, and her gums are bothered by it, etc.I figured I would try a toy first because they haven’t had toys in a while. Within a couple days, most of the plaque had broken off and she’s ready for finer care things like fluorideWater, minor teeth cleanings without anesthesia etc.Saved me a $500 in cleaning for now.

Great dog chew!
The only thing I can say is order the right size and don't worry about going too big they will still chew on it. I have a Corgi puppy that chews like a shark. He has destroyed many "indestructible toys", but not this.

Big Dog Approved
I have a very big lab (100 lbs) that loves to chew. He chomps through most toys (and many bones) within minutes but does not love most Nylabones. I have tried to get him to take to several variations because everyone tells me how durable they are but never had any luck - UNTIL NOW!He cannot get enough of this chew and it has stood up so well to his jaws of steel. I will most certainly be purchasing a replacement when this Nylabone wears out and would recommend to anyone with a big, picky pup like mine.Great Product!

So so
At the end of the day your dog will quickly realize that it's plastic and not an animal products on the plus side it's somewhat indestructible my dog usually destroys these types of things but she was only able to leave some teeth marks on this particular nylabone toy but she lost interest in it pretty fast might as well just take the $14 and get a small antler bone
