I've been buying Dangold's Fisherman's Seafood Spectacular for years because I love the subtle, slightly smoky and savory flavors. Dangold lists the ingredients as dill, lemon, paprika, garlic, lime, rosemary, parsley, chili, onion, and more! There's a hint of sweetness to it too. It's a wonderful enhancement for fish but I use it many dishes I prepare, from casseroles to potato salad. I have tried other flavors from this company and they're all good. But Seafood Spectacular is my favorite. A jar lasts me about 6-8 months but I really do use it a lot. I always have an extra bottle on hand. It makes a great gift too.

Makes the absolute best blacken Salmon in the oven!! 30 minutes at 350 degrees then 2 minutes under broiler on High.
