Customization is perfect and map colors are as represented and vibrant. Names of countries are easy to read and countries are easily identifiable. Disappointed in the quality of the frame given the price, it is plastic, but looks nice on the wall. Great assortment of push pins! Bought it as a gift and the recipients love it!

Well constructed frame with hanging hardware. The map is excellent and includes many, many cities and named geographical features. I am impressed and pleased to give this as a gift. The option to add personalization is a wonderful feature! I do wish the quantity of pins was more, but had no problem finding and purchasing supplemental pins. Amazing gift for my wife

My husband got this for me for Christmas. It is very cute and seems high quality. I do wish it came with more pins but it’s a lovely addition to our home as we plan our future travels

We received our personalized and framed map, and sadly the frame was broken in two places, and the map and backing had slid out of the frame. I immediately reached out in the late evening with an email to the company and honestly, I had a response in less than 5 minutes. Megan apologized and immediately set out to correct the problem. She was helpful, friendly, and apologetic, which was much appreciated. Through no fault of the company, we didn't expect damage by looking at the box although it was creased in the middle. The following morning I had an email from Megan with the UPS tracking number and a new framed map was already on its way. That is excellent customer service. The frame is beautiful and the map is fantastic. Love the muted colors, but it is still very colorful, and attached to the back are the pins and goodies to mark the map. We can't wait to get the new undamaged one and get it marked and hung. I highly recommend Map Your Travels, and will use them again. Thank you to Megan, you are awesome.

I got the first map and it had creases in it. Customer service was awesome and immediately agreed to replace. They did but the second one has more damage then the first with a ding in the frame and a crease in the map. It arrived in a fairly sturdy box but not wrapped in bubble wrap or anything. Its a nice map and hang ready but for almost $200.00 it’s hard to recommend…will update if resolution ends up satisfactory. Updated: customer service is top notch. They sent me another wrapped in bubble wrap and it is perfect. First company I have worked with that is willing to replace until it’s right.

My original order was stolen after being delivered to my daughter's home. After I contacted the seller, she didn't even hesitate to say she would immediately ship another one! My emails to her were promptly answered and I appreciated her willingness to replace the item even though it was at her expense. Customer service like this is rare these days. Upon receiving her gift, my daughter absolutely loved her map and said it was beautifully made and looked forward to using it to document her travels around the world.
