This is my FAVORITE thing I use in my skincare. I have extremely sensitive skin but also acne prone, and this is so light, and I can literally feel it calming my skin down. It is a very light toner, so no worries about it clogging pores or anything. I put it on as soon as I get out of the shower, and my skin just soaks it up. It had made my acne better(because of less irritation) and my skin more evenly toned. Not to mention it makes my face super soft. It has a light scent, but it’s very very mild and doesn’t bother me at all. I have eczema and rosacea, and this is perfect for calming breakouts. I will never not have it in my skincare inventory.

Best toner ever. It doesn’t burn my skin at all, so soothing. Make sure you’re nice and moisturized right after you use this, including the days after. It can dry out your skin a bit, but will get rid of minor wrinkles. You can also use it in the morning, unlike harsher facial products. Personally, I have dry, sensitive skin and rarely get acne. I am very young and would only use it three times a week at most. 18+ for sure, unless you have severe acne.

This is a really nice toner. Moisturizing, light, refreshing.

Right off the bat, I will have to say that this toner feels incredible. If I had money to put something on my face that makes it feel good (without considering the effect), I will repurchase PC Skin recover toner just to lather it on my face. It just feels very hydrating, smooth, and definitely has a calming effect, thanks to the fact it is a milky (but light) emulsion, very faint scent (almost none) from the ingredients themselves, and lightweight. Back during the days when I had acne, I think it did help calm redness and irritation, but now that my acne is mostly gone, I find that it doesn't really help with acne scarring and hyperpigmentation (which is not something that it claims to do anyway). Bottom line: helps with irritation, calming and moisturizing. Does it do more than that? Maybe not, but it just FEELS so good to put it on, you may as well give it a try and decide for yourself.

I’ve been using this toner regularly since I got it, last night I used another toner (Tea Time...not bad still just not life changing)) and a buffet of products on my face, most of which were hyaluronic acid niacinamide glycolic and vitamin c (I might avoid aha/vit c combo in the future) I woke up at three in the morning to use the loo and get some water and noticed my face was itchy... I looked in the mirror... my face was red around my mouth and underneath my eyes... I got my water went back to bed and tried not to touch it, when I woke up I could tell the skin was swelling around my mouth, nothing crazy but very concerning nonetheless bc a week before I had this same issue with my eyes, I suspect the vit c that most likely caused this issue, it was a very high concentrate and the only thing I used on both days my face acted up, sorry for the rant, anyways... I ordered this toner bc I was desperate to get my skin back on track, it was still dry and flaky from what happened the week before, that along with the cere ve pm moisturizer has helped me greatly and I should have stuck to that regimen for at least two weeks instead of jumping back to my stronger products, so anyways I washed my face real well (hydro boost cleanser, not my fave but never messes with my skin) and put this toner on... almost instant relief... within five minutes the itching was gone and the redness dissipated, I am so grateful for this product right now, if you’re using vitC/AHA/BHA/PHA products this is a MUST (along with SPF 30+!!!!), I wish I got this sooner, that said... I’m going to my dermatologist later today (last week was so bad I went to urgent care), this product is stopping the redness and itching but it’s not an automatic salve for a serious skin irritation, it will provide relief but you need to go to a doctor and find out why it happened.

This toner has been a game changer for my skin. Unlike others that leave me dry or stingy, it feels soothing, hydrating, and absorbs beautifully. Since turning 40, I’ve dealt with more dryness, flakiness, and redness, and this has helped calm and balance my skin. Best part: no breakouts or irritation — just a refreshed, healthy feel every time I use it.

I swapped this in place of my medical-grade toner, and it’s been wonderful. It’s calming, hydrating, and feels great on my skin. I’ve bought it several times now because it works so well and keeps my routine simple and affordable. One of my favorite everyday products.

A great, mild toner that can be worn under most serums.

This is a soothing toner. It’s not at all drying or astringent like some toners. It’s great for my sensitive skin, mature skin.

I have extremely sensitive skin, it's very dry, large pours and I break out as a result of a number of products. This has made a significant difference in my complexion and it doesn't break me out. I am so thankful I found this. It's particularly good when paired with a moisturizer.
