Well packaged and arrived quickly...very good quality
Delicious and arrived very quickly. Just the correct amount of fat for a juicy burger without tasting greasy. good flavor and texture. Look forward to trying other cuts of meat from this farm. A bit more expensive than the local store but so much more flavor.

Good product. excellent customer service.
There have been a few times when the carrier could not deliver the product before it thawed. Every time this has happened, the seller has shipped a replacement order at no charge. When it arrives frozen, this is an excellent deal. When it doesn't arrive frozen, the seller makes it right with the customer.

Good Burger Meat UPDATED
We found the meat very flavorful, however, the burger is just a tad over-ground. It is a bit tougher than good burger meat should be, which indicates a little too much handling. We raise cows and eat our own meat, processed by a local guy, and our burger is always easy to patty out, and very tender to eat. This meat was excellent meat, just ease up on the grinding, and it will be the perfect burger meat. That said, it was worth the money, and I would probably buy again. UPDATE: Upon 2nd purchase, the burger was just as good burger meat should be. Nice and tender. Repeat buyer here. Very flavorful, ground just perfectly.

Quality and value
Same price as grocery store. Vacuum sealed for freezer so it will not build up ice and freezer burn. Low fat as advertised and tastes good. Lastly, I got 20lbs delivered and didn't have to go to the store and pick it up. Happy me! ********************************* 4/1/24 quality and taste is good but the packaging is poor. I've noticed that every package I've opened has holes at the corners after allowing it to defrost in the refrigerator overnight. There will be a puddle of blood around it every time. Have to remove 1 star.

Quality Value Service
I was looking for a quality meat and saw this Nebraska Star Beef and though I would give it a try. I checked on the company on the web and was impressed with what I saw. They didn't appear to be one of those mass producers of meat form anywhere they can get it. These people have been at it as a family for quite some time. Well I put in a order and it arrived without delay packed in dry ice and frozen. Some instructions/suggestions were included with the meat which were helpful. We let a package of hamburger thaw out and put some burgers on the grill. Was not disappointed cooked up nicely and tasted great. This is good meat for about the same price as the store and is delivered to the door. I'm going to try some of there steaks next

Quality beef
I am a retired single senior, so this purchase was somewhat extravagant (10 one pounds of high quality ground beef). I just used one pound of beef for a pot of rice, red beans and tomatoes to make it more economical. The local grocery store is selling a pound of ground chuck just under $8/lb. The Nebraska Star is $10/pound. In my estimation— the 2-Buck-chuck cheaper beef is full of fat where the NS is not. The NS actually TASTES LIKE BEEF. So, I think I made the right choice in price vs quality.

not sure exactly
i don't know what happened to my review. i was so happy to get but once i defrosted a few and started to cook burgers with them it seemed like at least a pack was spoiled some what. i was gaslighting myself into not believing it since so frozen upon arrival a few days ago. i defrosted in the refrigerator. i have plenty still in my freezer but now the fear of bad meat after thawing is stressful. i do believe i won't buy this again. i didn't find it very tasty either.
