Impressive books
My teenager son loved his gift. Really good books that kept him reading for days and days The quality of the books is great, easy to read and not too heavy, specially considering how thick they are. The content of the books is great too. He won't stop telling us what happened, so many characters and rich stories. Much much better than the TV series.

Honest Review: Great Fantasy and Nice Paperback Edition
I am not going to make a book review here, just in short I would say it's a very well written piece of Fantasy, and if you like the genre, definitely should give it a try. Concerning the edition, it's a very think book, but it's still relatively easy to read, it's not to heavy in the hand. I love paperback editions, and this one is fine, the only thing is one should be careful not to open it too wide, because it's glued and usually glued editions fall apart easier. The only thing one should bare in mind is that there are illustrations with handwritten notes inside, which are very hard to read, due to the pixelated print. Other than that, it's a nice piece.

Incredible story - Great set!
This series is a treasure trove for any fan of epic fantasy. This boxed set is an incredible value, providing hundreds of hours of masterfully crafted storytelling in a beautifully designed package. The worldbuilding is second to none—Roshar is rich, intricate, and full of life, with unique cultures, fascinating magic systems, and unforgettable characters. Each book adds more depth to the overarching story, and Sanderson’s ability to weave together multiple storylines is simply brilliant. The characters, from Kaladin’s journey of resilience to Shallan’s struggle with her past, feel deeply real and relatable. The moral complexity and emotional depth of the series keep you hooked, while the action sequences and plot twists are nothing short of exhilarating. As for the physical product, the quality of the boxed set is excellent. The covers are stunning, and the mass-market paperback size makes these massive books surprisingly portable. Whether you're new to the series or looking to dive into Sanderson’s work, this boxed set is an absolute must-have. Prepare to lose yourself in a story that will leave you in awe and eagerly awaiting the next installment.

Very small print, and does not include 4th book Rhythm of War. There are sets that include it.
This set was fine, but I wish I had bought the four box set with Rhythm of War. The print is very, very small, and the book is very thick so it’s a little difficult to keep the pages back when reading. It’s a good deal though.

A Masterpiece of Modern Fantasy
Brandon Sanderson’s Stormlight Archive (books 1-3) is nothing short of breathtaking. The sheer depth of world-building, the complex characters, and the way everything unfolds over time make this series one of the best in modern fantasy. Each book builds on the last in a way that feels both epic and personal. The Way of Kings introduces a world so rich and immersive that I felt like I was living in it. Words of Radiance took everything to another level, with incredible character moments and jaw-dropping action. Then Oathbringer came in and shattered expectations, deepening the lore and emotional weight of the story even further. The magic system is classic Sanderson—well thought out, unique, and integral to the story. The character arcs are some of the best I’ve read in fantasy, with moments that genuinely hit hard. I found myself completely invested in Kaladin, Dalinar, and Shallan, and their journeys feel real, earned, and powerful. If you love epic fantasy with deep lore, incredible characters, and an author who knows how to deliver a mind-blowing climax, do yourself a favor and pick up this series. Absolutely phenomenal!

Great books, bad binding
Definitely worth the read! Upon finishing the books, the pages started to fall out as the bindings had loosened. Maybe it's from reading in high humidity, but worth the price and great for a single read through.

Great value for the large part of a great story
The first chapter is quite dry and formal, but the story beyond is riveting and original. You can’t go wrong with Brandon Sanderson.

Now I need the rest...
Amazingly well written! These are the first Sanderson books I have read (other than his Wheel of Time work) and I am hooked. I opted to start here instead of the Mistborn and don't feel like I had any trouble understanding the story or the world that they are placed in.

Despite the MANY battles, enjoyable reading with lots of life lessons and humourous parts. There is no real unexplainable "bad guy", just human or humanised creatures with needs and different realities, dominated by different passions and differing drives and emotions, kust like in real life. Obviously the result of some of the creature's passions can be very destructive, but as usual, there's lots of typical and untypical heroes to counteract that more or less successfully.

Swift delivery and great reading

Books are small and really thick. Some pages from the first volume came lose as I opened the book wide to better read. Didn't force the book open as much for the second volume so no pages came lose. The third book is the thickest but I just started it so not sure how well the pages will stick to the lining.

Sanderson writes books so that the climaxes will be amazing. This means that, for most of your reading time, it can seem a little dry (at least to me), but when the Sanderson Avalanche starts happening in the last ten percent of each book or so, it's right up there with the best experiences you can have with any fictional medium. If you've never read Sanderson, I'd compare it to M Night Shyamalan's movies' endings, only more elaborate and less precious. These books also may be the most immersive fictional experiences you can have, as of this review date, in any medium. You'll go deep into all these characters' minds and lives, seeing an almost-too-large range of influences on their decisions. The ambition is beyond anything I've seen before, at least in fantasy. When things happen, they have immense weight, because of all the time you've spent with these characters. Not sure if you'd count this as a spoiler, so maybe stop reading here if you have no idea how this book will go -- still with me? -- okay, this is NOT grimdark fantasy. You'll leave feeling more energized about being a better person, not cynical and beaten down.
