Shark UV700 DuoClean Zero-M Lift-Away Bagless Upright Vacuum Cleaner with Self-Cleaning Brushroll and HEPA Filter (Renewed)

I bought this item refurbished and it came in wonderful condition! Bought to replace our old vacuum of the same model that finally gave out, and I couldn’t be happier. If you have long haired pets (or people lol) then you may need to clean out the front rolling brush more often than others but overall an easy to use, maneuverable machine.

Has very good suction easy to clean works well the only problem I had was when I first got it it was missing the HEPA filter on the bottom sent a picture to the seller within 3 to 4 days he got back and within a week I had one and he sent a whole new set thank you would recommend. First picture is a picture of the part he sent me that was that filter missing and then one of the vacuum itself (it came with a missing HEPA filter which is the fourth one in that picture)

We love this vacuum. It works. This is our 2nd or 3rd of the same model number. Takes care of Dalmatian fur on carpets and hard floors too.

This vacuum looked like brand new, functions well with excellent suction power. I have two big dogs that shed alot , and this vacuum had no difficulty in making the carpet look clean. I had this same vacuum before purchased new so I was confident that I'd like this product if the rating was accurate. I am very pleased that I took a chance on ordering refurbished instead of costing me for a new vacuum. Thank you !

I purchased a Shark vacuum from this seller, and within just 3 months, the wheels completely broke off, making it unusable. I reached out for help, but was told the 3-month warranty had expired—by only 10 days—and they refused to do anything about it. This shows a complete lack of customer service and accountability. A vacuum shouldn’t fall apart this quickly, and any seller who cares about their reputation would offer some kind of support or solution—especially for something this close to the warranty window. Avoid this seller. They clearly do not stand behind what they sell, and you’ll be stuck with a broken product and no help if something goes wrong.

Had to get used to the swivel, but love this lightweight, easy to empty vacume for everything except the stairs. It does come apart for a hand held unit, but can’t use the regular set up on stairs as it flops around. The hand held unit doesn’t do as well as the full head would actually accomplish as it’s head isn’t as wide

Just buy a SHARK, you can't go wrong. I already have one of these for home, bought this one for a cleaning job I do once a week. Never disappointed with it's performance. Can't beat the price, maneuvers easily, suction is great, attachments are great, wouldn't buy anything else.

Got a grew deal on this refurbished vacuum. Been using it for almost a year and it works great. Plus it was a great deal.

not much to dislike, i tested the item by spreading some foot powder on the hard wood floor and the vacuum picked it up in one pass

Shark is such an underrated brand. This replaced a new-ish, similarly-priced Hoover and the difference is night and day. Lift-away feature is great. (Ours is a refurbished model, but it looks completely brand new.)

Heap filter was black with dirt! Foam filter looks clean but 20 years old (white filter is orange!). And it has more wear and tear than my wife and I expected. Probably used for months with the number of rubs. This should have been in a garage sale.

This vacuum is pretty good. It is good on carpet and has good suction. I rated it down because it does not have a hard floor attachment which seems to be a trend with most vacuum brands these days. Using the big power head on floors is fine I guess as long as you have no furniture. It is also awkward in small spaces. I have a floor attachment from an old vacuum and I MacGyvered it to work. Have to tape it on. The hose is also very stiff. Yes it stretches but it snaps back right away or makes the vacuum fall over.
