First let me say I am on my second bottle so obviously this is helping. My nails are growing faster and stronger than they have in years and this is the only thing I've done differently. I haven't noticed big changes in my hair but there is some difference. Anyway, good value and I feel like it will just take more time for hair than for nails so I'll update in a few months.
