Bluebonnet Nutrition Vitamin B6 Vegetable Capsules, 100 mg, for Cardiovascular and Nervous System Health, 90 Count

My research tells me that Vit B6 is good for the kidneys. Decided to try it is am prone to kidney stones. I am using it in conjunction with a few other items. So far, no pain and no stones. Really like these as they are nice and small capsules, easy to take. And it is recommended to be taken only once a day. Also,a good brand name.

I have tried a few other b6 vitamins in other brands, but it wasn’t the same as blue bonnet. I swear it’s much better quality than other brands. And when I say other brands I have tried like cheap Walmart brands. I find this at my health food store and obviously now purchase it on Amazon and I will never stop taking it. I was sick beyond words for several months and I started taking this and it has completely turned my life around.

I have had a gastric bypass and I need to take more vitamins than other people. I like this product because it is in capsules and is pleasant to take.

After years of being diabetic, I have some neuropathy issues in my hands. Nothing too serious, but anyone who deals with neuropathy will tell you that it’s not a great feeling. After talking to my doctor about it, she recommended that I try this to get some relief. There really hasn’t been any improvement, but things haven’t gotten worse either. My doctor says take them, so I take them.

I take B6 on a regular basis & am sensitive to many supplements. I tolerate these well & they seem to work well.
