Excellent liner brush
This is a great liner brush; delicate and responsive enough for small details. Since it is a synthetic squirrel, it holds plenty of water and pigments which is the critical feature for liner brushes. Princeton does an outstanding job of making inexpensive brushes that suit artists at any level.

Good quality brushes at affordable price
I’ve been pleased with all Princeton brushes that I have ever purchased. They are excellent quality and they are reasonably priced. The only negative I had about this brush was when it came the bristles were bent off to the side. It’s not worth returning. I will make the best out of it.

Super tiny and helpful for very fine lines and details!
Does its job! I usually use Silver Brush Black Velvet brushes, which I adore, but I figured since a tiny size 1 rigger brush probably had like ten hairs, I could go with a synthetic brush and try out the Princeton Neptune line. Hairs definitely feel synthetic, but stubbornly keeps its point and draws fine lines and signatures like nobody's business. Only thing I might pick at is that it doesn't seem to hold a ton of paint, but again, it's like 10-20 hairs in total and so very tiny, so I wouldn't expect it to hold a bucket of water or anything. One extra perk of the Princeton Neptune brushes is that this is the most visually beautiful line of brushes I've ever seen, and I've browsed through a TON in various art stores.
